Cleanliness
5.2
Mixed but leaning negative: several guests reported humidity smell, drenched/stained carpet from shower, and missed housekeeping; some others noted rooms were clean.
Service
9
Strongly positive: multiple comments praise friendly, helpful and attentive reception staff (mentions of Rafa and reception team, staff described as very kind).
Location
9.2
Very positive: repeatedly described as central, great location (Malasaña), within walking distance of Gran Vía and metro, convenient for sightseeing.
Room Quality
6.5
Mixed: stylish and well-decorated rooms for some, but several complaints about small/cramped layouts, integrated bathrooms and bizarre open showers that wet carpets, and uncomfortable arrangements for sharing.
Amenities
6.8
Mixed: positives include large TV and modern charging ports; negatives include broken minibar/coffee in at least one case and lack of air conditioning mentioned.
Value for Money
6.2
Mixed to slightly negative: some guests felt it was not good value for money, while others accepted the trade-off for location and staff service.
Food and Beverage
7.8
Generally positive where mentioned: breakfast described as substantial and well-served; there's a café downstairs; limited comments overall.
Overall Experience
8.5
Overall positive but uneven: many praise location, décor and staff, though issues with room layout, cleanliness and some amenities lower the stay for some guests.

Da ristrutturare
Pros:

Posizione centralissima, personale molto gentile

Cons:
