Todo. No es lo que se ofrecía en la oferta. La habitación olía a humedad, no tenía presión de agua la ducha, no funcionaba el minibar, ni la cafetera, no pasaron hacer la habitación.

También excelente atención de Rafa y las chicas de recepcion.
Compramos el desayuno y estaba contundente y bien atendido por las chicas

Good location, nice staff, weird room layout
Pros:

Great location in Malasaña and an easy walk to Gran Vía. Staff were helpful when I asked them for help. Some aspects of the room were great e.g. huge TV in the room and a chandelier is pretty classy for a 3-star hotel. Also, modern ports for charging mobile phone.

Cons:

What a bizarre shower design - it is located in the room, not in its own separate bathroom and the door does not fully stop the water gushing from the shower and so the floor (a black carpet) was absolutely drenched and stained as a result. Dear room designers - there's a reason why bathrooms have tiled floors for this type of thing! Also, I do not think many couples would like a shower integrated into the living space like this. You could enjoy the minibar while watching your partner shower if you wish.

Escapada a Madrid
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de todo para hacer turismo caminando, pero hay paradas de Metro a pocos minutos caminando. La habitación bien, limpia y camas comodas. Personal amable. Hay una cafetería abajo del hotel.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño con el lavabo en medio del pasillo, se entiende que es falta de espacio, al igual q la nevera y una pequeña mesa todo en medio de un pasillo largo, pero resulta raro. No hacen las camas ni cambian toallas a diario.
