Pros:

Staff members are very kind and supportive, smiling and when you text and try to reach them they are always available after working hours.
Location and facilities also worth mentioning

Pros:

Lokacija je bila izvrstna, sploh glede na razmerje med ceno nastanitve in lokacijo. Soba je bila urejena in dovolj prostorna. Postelja je bila udobna. Receptor je bil prijazen in ustrežljiv.

Cons:

Posteljno perilo, brisače in sama blazina so zaudarjali, kar je izredno slabo vplivalo na spanje. Brisače so bile sicer videti kakovostne, vendar so neprijeten vojn, zgubanost in madeži povzročili dvom o tem, ali jih je predhodno že kdo uporabljal. Sicer je bil apartma čist in kopalnica je bila urejena. Hrup s ceste je ponoči precej moteč, a glede na lokacijo to pričakuješ. Zaprtost recepcije in posledično nemožnost hrambe prtljage na dan odhoda glede na zgodnji check-out.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room fully met our expectations, it was clean, comfortable, and equipped with a handy safe and mini-fridge. The air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot days, and the hotel itself was quiet for the vast majority of our stay. The location is excellent: just a short, easy walk from Termini Station, and very close to a park, bus stops, and the metro. It made getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended 😊

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Essendo un 2 stelle ero un po' preoccupata dato che ho viaggiato da sola con mia figlia di 12 anni, invece sono stata piacevolmente sorpresa! Nonostante la zona non sia il massimo per sicurezza, l'hotel si trova in un contesto tranquillo e sicuro, a 3 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro e del filobus. Camera dignitosa, spaziosa, pulita e completa di tutto (pure un frigo!). Clima perfettamente funzionante e silenzioso, bagno spazioso con tutti i confort e pulito! La persona che ci ha accolto, si è reso pure disponibile a riceverci prima dell'orario solito!

Pros:

Good location, about 10 mins walk from Termini Station. Metro station 5 mins walk from the site. Hotel on the 3rd floor of the apartment house - there is a lift in the building.

Cons:

When we received our keys to the room we realised there are bags of some other people already inside - these were promptly removed by the receptionist, however it was a bit confusing. A lot of dust in the old wardrobe in the room, which caused a hay fewer as we are allergic. Hairdryer hose in the bathroom was perforated, which made it less effective. No AC controller in the room. Thin walls - during the weekend other guests and the noise generated by them impacted quality of our sleep. There was a kettle in reception area - however no coffee either tea bags provided.
