We feel we were put into a very unfortunate situation by BW although we booked se real months ahead.
Pros:

We booked the Best Western however, we did not get to stay there.

Cons:

Several days before, we received notification that we were being bumped to a different location due to renovations.
We were instructed to go to the Best Western and they would provide details of the new property. Upon arrival it was mass confusion as to where we were to park the car and where we were to go to the other hotel. Once we finally made our own way to the other hotel we were told our room was not ready even though it was after 3:00 pm which was to be check on time. When ready we were directed to a room up 5 flights of winding stairs to a room with no elevator or A/C even though it was 30 degrees. We were proved a fan when we complained that our small room was unbearably hot.

Honfleur er en skøn by - ved ikke hvordan hotellet er da vi ikke boede der.
Pros:

Vi blev flyttet til 2 lejligheder udenfor hotellet pga renovering- denne besked fik vi 1 uge før ankomst!

Cons:

Vi var 2 par på ferie og boede 2 forskellige steder i byen. Skuffet over at vi ikke skulle bo på selve hotellet - ellers ville vi havde bestilt lejlighed hvor vi boede sammen. Vi købte morgenmad på hotellet og den var meget simpel og ikke pengene værd.

L emplacement et la literie

Cons:

La commande centralisée d air chaud ou froid et VMC hors service…donc dans une chambre supérieure c est inadmissible…surtout par des températures extérieures supérieures à 30 degrés…sans VMC mais un trou béant dans le plafond cela ne permettait pas de sécher les serviettes de toilettes. Papier peint abîmé sur des chambres soit disant rénovées, plus de frigo mais un rafraîchisseur à glaçon fondu au bout d une heure. Pas de parking privé et une proposition de réservation par l hôtel supérieure aux frais si vous payez directement votre stationnement au parcmètre. Un tarif d appel a 99€ sur internet…devient en cette période 250€ pour la nuit sans petit déjeuner. Partie commune surannée …trace de pas du personnel faisant encore des travaux …alors que l hôtel est ouvert et propose des chambres…propreté à revoir dans ces parties commune ainsi que leur état général. A aucun moment nous avons été informés des travaux ni de l absence de Clim et VMC malgré une réservation passée il y a 3 mois. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été offert en dédommagement…nous aurions eu plus de confort dans un ibis budget pour deux fois moins cher!!!!

er wat iets misgegaan met de boeking waardoor we twee appartementen hadden ipv 1. Dit bleek achteraf goed te zijn het appartement is echt veel te klein voor 2 volwassenen en 2 tieners personeel was ook niet behulpzaam toen er een fout inde boeking werd ontdekt

Δεν ήταν εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό έγραφε στις παροχές ασανσέρ και δεν είχε ενώ ήμασταν στον τρίτο όροφο. Επίσης έγραφε στις παροχές πάρκινγκ τελικα μας χρέωσαν 14€ τη μερα
