Perfecte tussenstop richting Bretagne.
Pros:

Centrale ligging in het centrum van Honfleur. Vriendelijk personeel en fijne familiekamer voor 5 personen (bijgezette vijfde bed was iets minder van kwaliteit van de 4 vaste bedden).

Cons:

Alles was netjes in orde. We misten wel een minibar in de kamer (stond wel in de beschrijving), maar we mochten onze koeltas gelukkig in een koelkast bij de ontbijtzaal leggen. Het ontbijt was oké. Redelijk uitgebreid.

La localisation, la vue sur le port, la chambre familiale triple

Cons:

Petit déjeuner bien mais sans plus. Il faut réserver le parking à l’avance.

Cons:

Le prix de la chambre comprenait une télévision mais celle-ci ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour. Un geste commercial serait le bienvenu.

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son emplacement est idéal, avec une très belle vue sur le port, ce qui rend le cadre particulièrement agréable. L'accueil du personnel a également été un véritable point fort : toute l'équipe a été chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Je tiens également à souligner le professionnalisme de la direction. Lors de l'organisation de mon séjour, j'ai dû modifier à plusieurs reprises les dates ainsi que la durée de ma réservation. La direction a fait preuve d'une grande compréhension et m'a accompagné avec beaucoup de bienveillance, sans me facturer de frais d'annulation ou de modification. J'y ai été très sensible et je les remercie sincèrement pour ce geste commercial et leur flexibilité.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif de notre séjour concerne le service de la chambre. Bien que j'aie accroché le panneau demandant que la chambre soit faite, cela n'a pas été fait. Ce n'était pas catastrophique puisque nous ne sommes restés que deux nuits, mais j'aurais tout de même apprécié retrouver le lit fait à notre retour.

Par ailleurs, je n'ai jamais réussi à diffuser le contenu de mon téléphone sur la télévision. Le personnel m'a expliqué que celle-ci n'était pas connectée au Wi-Fi ou n'était pas configurée, ce qui ne permettait pas d'utiliser cette fonctionnalité.
