Todo la comida es una basura y no es lo q se ve en fotos, me dieron una habitación que no era la q yo había reservado y encima protestando me dijieron que las protestas a booking q con ellos no habia contratado nada

Ubicación y piscina. Limpieza y orden. Amabilidad de los empleados.

Cons:

Muchísimo ruido. Pedí una cama y me pusieron dos separadas por la mesilla de noche. Por la noche se escuchaba mucho ruido de gente pasando y hablando tan fuerte que me despertaba. No había donde tender la ropa de baño o toallas, ni en el balcón ni dentro de la habitación. El lugar donde se servía el desayuno también era muy ruidoso, no podías atender una llamada o hablar con la persona de enfrente. Los muebles están todos para repasar, por el precio que se paga las instalaciones podrían estar mejor y podría cuidarse un poco más la insonorización, de fin de semana de relax paso a fin de semana en vela.

An OK hotel, but I’m sure there’s better for the money in Benidorm.
Pros:

Breakfast was great with tons of choice!

Cons:

A little tired and old - pool in as VERY cold and not open as long as other hotels.

Rooms had 1 plug point… in the whole of the room - in this day and age - 1 plug point just isn’t going to be sufficient.

Felt the reception staff were quite standoffish and not very welcoming.

Location was quite far out, up a long hill( off the main flat of Benidorm and the walk back up was tough. There is a free shuttle bus throughout parts of the day, but the twice we tried to get on it was full as it’s only 16 seats.

Nice hotel but question the 4 star rating.
Pros:

Proximity into Bendorm centre - good courtesy bus down the hill to the centre. Nice pool and bar, friendly bar staff. Room was a nice nice with powerful shower. Breakfast was really good, great choice of food.

Cons:

Balcony door didn't lock. No kettle in the room which is important to me hence the room not meeting my expectations for the price paid for 4 nights..

Great hotel,good breakfast and facilities.We recommend a taxi back up the hill to hotel.
Pros:

Good size pool and plenty of sun loungers.Bar by pool 👍

Cons:

Lifeguard moaning at everyone when they had the cheek to move the loungers from there original positions.He was constantly correcting someone who was trying to relax even stopping you just sitting on a towel.He needs to relax and chill.
