Hotel decepcionante.
Pros:

No me gustó el hotel para ser de 4 estrellas dejaba mucho q desear en todo y sobre todo la limpieza que da asco y las instalaciones q se vienen abajo.

Cons:

Nada me gustó, pelos en los baños y camas, ropa de anteriores huéspedes, comida en el minibar ademas de moho, el pomo de la puerta del baño me la quedé en la mano rota, moho en las paredes, puertas rotas, no pasaban a limpiar ni cambiar toallas (teníamos q pedirlas nosotros en recepcion), comida repetitiva, en conclusión decepcionante jamás estuve en un hotel mas malo en mi vida.

Room dirty , trash everywhere, old, unmaintained hotel , The towels are washed but have stains all over them , too many drunks, You can't sleep from 2 am onwards

El servicio y la comida de cocina era muy bueno.

Cons:

Las paredes de la piscina estaban amarillas.
Hice una petición con antelación a mi llegada por escrito para entra a las 12:00 y hasta las 15:40 no pude entrar.
Hacia mucho calor en las zonas comunes del hotel menos en la entrada.

La limpieza, la climatización (no dispone de aire en zonas comunes y ascensores). La calidad de la comida del bufet es pésima. Ambiente malo. Gente borracha gritando por los pasillos en madrugada.
