The stay at the Hotel was really good

The Breakfast was good a lot of choice, the room was comfortable and all facilities

Cons:

No free parking anywhere in hotel or near, had to park and walk sometimes for over 20min uphill. Very pound guests having crazy parties until late and shouting.

Hotel impresionante
Pros:

Una experiencia fantástica. Me gustó todo del hotel: las instalaciones, el ambiente, la atención y el servicio en general. Todo estuvo muy bien cuidado y pensado para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Sin duda, lo que más me sorprendió fue el buffet de comida, con mucha variedad y todo muy rico. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo y lo recomiendo totalmente!

Los desayunos..muy bien..la habitación un poco pequeña, la piscina zona muy honda..para toda la gente que va pocas hamacas ..es hotel y apartamentos..

Cons:

Muchísimo calor en los pasillos y ascensor..nada de aire acondicionado..no se cómo pueden las limpiadoras estar ahí..con ese 🥵 calor ...y en recepción muy poco amables..ni gracias ni adiós..y nada de animación!! ...

Отель хороший, всё прекрасно,

Cons:

Единственное что расстроило это расположение. Уж очень высоко находится. С 10 утра и до 20 к пляжу и обратно ездит бесплатный и комфортный бус. Это хорошо, но вечером, с прогулки эти 800 метров на верх, это конечно оххх.

As camas eram confortáveis e a área da piscina era muito top, pena estar mal construída para quem não sabe nadar poder aproveitar mais, o facto de ter 2 metros de profundidade a meio em vez de apenas de um lado da piscina tira a oportunidade de movermos mais

Pequeno almoço muito muito pobre para um hotel de 4 estrelas, ovos mexidos todos mal passados parecia água, fruta laminada era 3 variedades e apenas tinham ananás no primeiro dia, nos restantes esgotaram era só melancia partida
Espanha conhecida pelos seus enchidos e nem presunto tinham, queijos eram apenas 2
Se tivesses criancas nem cereais tinham a não ser dois para adultos
Era um pequeno almoço de pensão

No cumple con los estándares de un hotel 4 estrellas.
Cons:

Nuestra experiencia no fue, para nada, lo que se espera de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

Para empezar, los horarios de check-in y check-out son poco cómodos, ya que el acceso a la habitación es después de las 16:00, pero hay que abandonar el hotel antes de las 12:00.

Disponen de una zona para guardar el equipaje mientras esperas el check-in, pero no está vigilada y, además, no se hacen responsables si ocurre algo con las pertenencias. Dejamos nuestras maletas con total confianza y, cuando volvimos a recogerlas, habían abierto nuestras carteras y revisado todas nuestras cosas. Afortunadamente, no llevábamos dinero en efectivo que pudieran llevarse.

Reservamos una habitación triple y resultó ser diminuta para tres personas. El baño tenía un solo lavabo y muy poco espacio, pero lo que más nos sorprendió fue que la habitación solo contaba con un enchufe, además de otro en el baño, y una única mesita de noche para tres huéspedes. Tuvimos que turnarnos para cargar nuestros dispositivos electrónicos.
Bajé a recepción para pedir una solución y el gerente, “amablemente”, me sugirió que comprara una regleta en una tienda. Su respuesta fue bastante grosera y totalmente desinteresada.

El bufé del desayuno tenía muy poca variedad y, para terminar, los ascensores fallaban constantemente, por lo que había que hacer largas filas para poder utilizarlos.

Por todo ello, les doy una estrella porque no es posible poner menos.
