Pros:

Beds very comfortable, rooms clean, free bus though out the day up and down the hill, breakfast good selection, stuff helpful and kind, very good value for the price we paid.

Cons:

Not enough sun loungers around the pool. People queueing from 9am and pool didn’t open till 10am. If you queued anytime after half 9 it was very hard to get a sun lounger.

Bella la camera e l hotel troppo bello ,pure la piscina ,il ristorante discreto un po' ripetitivo ma la qualita' era buona e ottimo pure il servizio navetta gratuito per il mare .peccato che la navetta la sera non c era e bisognava muoversi con i taxi dato che si trova in una posizione scomoda e tutto in salita

La posizione era lontano dal centro e dal mare e si trova in salita molto distante .gli ascensori non funzionano bene quando c'è affluenza e tutto sommato se noleggi un auto la tua vacanza diventa molto più piacevole dato che la struttura e' moderna e pulita.peccato che non ha un parcheggio gratuito e pure il costo della cassaforte di 4 Eur a giorno lo vedo un po' eccessivo.

Very good food,good air conditioning,nice entertainment.The girls at entertainment was amazing!!!

THE CLEANERS ARE VERY LAZY!!!!We changed our sheets by ourselves.Nothing doing at the bathroom and don’t collect a rubbish!!!!No hoover and mop the floor at the bedroom and no dusting!!!!VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Food was varied, fresh and delicious at the hotel restaurant. Swimming pool facilities were well kept and clean.

Benidorm is full of tourists and tall skyscrapers everywhere which ruins the beauty of the place.

esta lleno de extranjeros muy guarros y bastante maleducados, los ascensores son pocos y lentos, se pierde mucho tiempo para llegar a la habitacion esa es la verdad, la comida esta aceptable, sin mas, no es nada especial, la piscina es estupenda, pero no se hace pie en casi nigun sitio, asi que todos se apelotonan en la misma zona

Très mauvaise expérence de Pierres et Vacances

Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner et le buffet qui sont plus que corrects et variés. Le personnel de la restauration est très agréable.

Cons:

Les hôtesses d'accueil manquent d'amabilité, elles font leur job sans plus.
La facturation de la nuit pour les chiens. J'ai loué 4 chambres pour la famille et j'ai payé 30,00 euros par jour pour 2 toutous nains (1,6 kg et 1,8 kg) par chambre alors qu'un chien de 10 kg ne paye que 15,00 euros. C'est pas cohérent.
L’hôtel est très sale, nous sommes restés 4 jours. Les chambres, couloirs, escaliers n'ont jamais été aspirés et nettoyés.
Au petit déjeuner j'ai eu un problème avec une énorme blatte à mes pieds que la serveuse a délicatement écrasée. Dégoutant.
2 ascenseurs seulement de 4 personnes étouffants et flippants pour un hôtel de 10 étages.
En raison du nombre élevé de clients, les équipements de cet hôtel de 10 étages sont insuffisamment adaptés (ascenseur, 35 places de parking seulement, piscine).

repas exelent, chambre propre,assanceur horible toujour en panne trop de monde pour cette petite piscine l'eau trop chaude le bruits la nuit insuportable et le personnel de l accueil une en particulier pas aimable du tout.
