The location was well suited to explore towns like Rimini and the state of San Marino 🇸🇲 simple and functional

Cons:

The city is a little run-down and not a place I would feel comfortable in the parks quite a lot of homles in Bologna

It is a well located hotel, but in summer needs better aircondition in the restaurant area & lobby.
Pros:

Receptionists and personnel were nice and polite, hotel was very close to the central train station, room was clean!

Cons:

The air condition did not work well in the restaurant area, the lobby and the elevator. It was hot! Breakfast although not bad could be better.

It’s a decent room, nothing special, but it’s clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was clean. The location is good, walking distance from everything in the center (15-30 min max to every corner). The stuff was very kind.

Pros:

Everyone was very welcome and eager to help us since our original hotel canceled the room 2 hours before arrival. The staff was helpful and kind and made our short stay enjoyable.

Cons:

There was an issue with the air-conditioning. It seemed as cold air couldn't come out only a breeze.

Getting charged extra money at check in

Cons:

I booked through booking.com for 4 people. When i reached there they charged me extra money because they cannot give a room to 4 people. I have 2 kids. My question is why booking.com let me book that room for 4 people when i clearly mentioned 2 adults and 2 children.
