Great location, Lisa and Virginia were super nice, rooms are nice and cozy
The blonde receptionist on the check out day after my extension (October 12 was the check out) was extremely cold, not kind and almost rude. I asked if I could extend because there was availability the day before and she almost angrily responded “we’re fully booked” in an unkind manner. I double checked with her and she almost like a robot said the same thing repeatedly. I asked if I could take a shower quickly (to be fair it was around 12, check out time if you book directly with them) and she said no in a dismissive way. I understand if it’s a no but there are manners to communicate. I was sick so I’d have appreciated some kindness. Unfortunately if it weren’t for this receptionist I’d have given 10 stars because Lisa and Virginia were amazing and I liked the place.

The location was perfect! Our room was perfect!! The customer service was perfect!!! Virginia was super helpful and such a wonderful host! She gave us all the right tips for good food spots, local deals etc! Lisa was also very friendly! We felt like home away from home!

Das Zimmer war geräumig und schön hergerichtet.
Die Lage ein Traum, nur 200m bis zum Blumenmarkt.
Viele Restaurants und Shops in der Nähe.
Beim Frühstück blieben für mich keine Wünsche offen!
Die Treppen sind ein Albtraum. Das ist natürlich dem geschuldet, dass bei der Renovierung nicht das komplette Haus entkernt wurde. Mein Zimmer lag im obersten Stockwer. Den Koffer, auch wenn er nicht groß und schwer war, über die letzte Treppe zu transportieren war etwas schwierig.

Nous avons dormi 2 nuits , De retour dans l’après midi la chambre et la salle de bain n’ont pas été faites. Nous l’avons signalé mais cela n’a rien changé, quand nous sommes rentrés le soir , le lit … pas fait
Excellent location in Rokin, close to everything i needed. Very friendly staff, and excellent breakfast on site. My room was small but clean, bed very comfortable, and it was a pleasure staying here.
The ventilator in the bathroom made a weird noise, but that is secondary to everything else.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They lent me a plug adapter (I had forgotten mine), and provided me with painkillers when I was feeling under the weather. They were knowledgeable about the area and always welcoming. The hotel can be accessed at all hours, which was particularly useful as I prone to wander in and out at all times of the day. The area was packed with food venues, bars, coffee shops and excellent night life.
There’s very little I didn’t like. Some of the wallpaper was peeling and the sink and toilet setup was difficult to access as a 6’2 larger gentleman. But that’s merely nitpicking, I was very comfortable and would stay again.
La ubicación es excelente queda cerca de muchos lugares para poder caminar por la ciudad , perderse por las calles pero aparecer siempre cerca del hotel. El desayuno muy rico y el hotel es acogedor y bonito , repetiríamos en el mismo lugar cuando volvamos . Estuvimos en una habitación familiar y es muy cómoda el personal muy amable .
They lie and make your pay an extra 70 euros if you have 2 people even though on the listing on booking.com it says the price is for 2 people. I booked and paid for a single bed and they gave me 3 smaller beds in one room that were horrible. The Stairs going up to the rooms smells very bad of urine. The staff is extremely rude and make up rules that are not listed anywhere when you book. There was a group of guys that were very drunk and loud slamming doors and yelling the walls are so thin you can hear everything and when I told the staff that was working over night they didn’t do anything about it.
