Emplacemznt parfait, chambre agréable donc je reviendrais avec plaisir
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et serviable
Emplacement parfait pour découvrir bon nombre de sites touristiques de Paris
Chambre agréable

Cons:

Beaucoup d’escaliers mais les réceptionnistes nous ont gentiment monté et descendu nos bagages donc rien à redire

Cons:

One of the staffs was very rude and refused to check us in at 10am and 2pm. Was told to come back after 3pm. Even then, refused to give us the room at 3.01pm. He gave in eventually after an argument. But this experience made the whole experience bad. He even charged us double for tourist tax. Thankfully, other staff, Daria was exceptional. She picked up the error and refunded us the money.

Also, there's no lift in the building.

Lo más rescatable es la ubicación

Cons:

Las 3 estrellas no existen! Al ingresar al el olor a sucio es mucho!. Llegué un domingo y hasta el lunes no había toallas, solo toallon de baño. No funciona el aire acondicionado. El loby es un sillón y nada más. El personal trata de hacer lo posible para mejorar la situación!

Overall, our stay was very basic and not good value for money. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 PM, and we had to wait until 3:30. On Friday, a housekeeper walked in while we were napping at 18:20 and woke us up, no restaurant for breakfast, and no minibar to store things. The worst part was the receptionist today! unprofessional unwelcoming, and made us feel like liars. Guests deserve basic respect. Given the price and overall experience, we would not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Requested taxis at reception, they confirmed with me but no taxi. Pre booked and confirmed pickup at airport but didn't happen, most of the staff are incompetent.

Boa localização mas ressalvas quanto acessibilidade.
Pros:

Excelente localização, 2 quadras do Louvre
Cama e roupa de cama confortável
Possui ar condicionado no quarto embora nao tenha frigobar.
Tem um carrefour embaixo do hotel bem como excelentes restaurantes.

Cons:

A falta de clareza nas fotos.
Reservei um quarto com fotos de banheiro que nao condizem com a realidade. Banheiro bem menor do que a foto.
Quarto extremamente pequeno, nao da para abrir malas
E principalmente- nao tem elevador. Para chegar na recepção você ja pega escadas que são estreitas.
Nao possuem ninguém para ajudar. Não me ajudaram nem no check in nem chekout. Desci com 4 malas.
Que esse fique claro para as pessoas.
E não possuem frigobar no quarto.
Café da manhã não recebi a sacola de breakfast tb.

Очень дружелюбный мужчина на ресепшене. Отличное месторасположение. Номер сам самый обычный, но если вам только переночевать- отличный вариант.

Pros:

Posizione strategica (a pochi passi da più linee del metrò) in un quartiere delizioso, stile personale e accattivante, camera tripla non grande ma confortevole e ben insonorizzata dall'esterno. Molto apprezzato lo staff: Daria è stata molto carina e disponibile ad aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, e Tristan è stato prezioso nell'aiutarci a recuperare oggetti smarriti in camera.

Cons:

Non ho sentito la mancanza dell'ascensore, ma capisco che per qualcuno possa essere un problema. E non so cosa fosse quel ronzio che sentivo ogni tanto di notte, forse la pompa di condensa del climatizzatore? Però mi sono addormentato lo stesso :)
