I never going to book this hotel any more, not worth for money.
Pros:

Room is very small, specially washroom is very very small. Cleaning is not good. Lift not working from downstairs.
Breakfast is very basic, not good for money.
I never going to stay in that hotel anymore.

Only reception staff is friendly.

Fabio è stato eccezionale con noi.. super gentile e disponibile...ci ha illustrato tantissime caratteristiche di Parigi..a lui un meritatissimo 8

la muffa nelle tende delle finestre e nel bagno sono stati veramente improponibil.Gli asciugamani puliti non venivano cambiati tutti i giorni

Pros:

l'hotel si trova in una posizione strategica a due passi dalla metro Gare de l'Est, per cui è possibile raggiungere qualsiasi punto di Parigi in poco tempo ed è situato in un quartiere giovanile, ricco di pub e ristoranti molto carini. La camera è confortevole e pulita. Il personale è molto gentile.

einfaches Hotel on sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr einfaches Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern, die eine Renovierung vertragen können.
Die Lage ist dafür perjekt und das Personal sehr freundlich.

L’emplacement proche Gare de l’Est

Chambre sous les toits - nous étions 3 personnes, 1m78, 1m82 et 1m84
Salle de bain vieillissante et une poutre en diagonale dès l’entrée et au dessus des toilettes - pas de possibilité d’ouvrir une fenêtre malgré les 35 degrés dans la chambre - un pauvre ventilateur et une seule prise dans toute la chambre… un mini fil pour le ventilateur
Bref nous n’avons pas dormi tellement nous avons eu chaud! Heureusement c’était juste pour une nuit.
De plus, des voisins bruyants qui se croyaient seuls.
Un seul éclairage fonctionnait au dessus du lit-

Perfekte Lage und gemütlich
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, nur 5 min. zum Bahnhof und ein leckerer Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeit um die Ecke.
Das Hotel ist in einem alten Stil und uns hat es gut gefallen. Entgegen vieler Bewertungen waren wir mit der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung in unserem Zimmer (4-Bett-Zimmer) zufrieden.

Cons:

Es war alles gut für eine Nacht.

Het hotel ligt in het centrum van Parijs

Cons:

Er was geen airco. Er was geen lift van de begane grond naar 3 hoog. Het was vrij oud allemaal. Kleine kamers. Ontbijt erbij boeken was lastig en hebben we toen maar niet gedaan

Not advisable for pregnant women and toddlers
Pros:

We were unable to stay . We had a toddler with us. It was unsuitable for his needs.
The stairs were too difficult for him and the large windows were not safe for his needs.
The shower was broken and the room didn’t have aircon.
We found an alternative hotel with booking.com and moved within 1 hour of arrival.
