Pros:

Bon emplacement par rapport à ma formation. Chambre et locaux propres bien que vieux. Personnel très accueillant et disponible.

Cons:

Chambre extrêmement sombre, besoin de la lumière toute la journée ( on est au mois de septembre), insonorisation inexistante avec des portes qui claquent et un escalier bruyant.

Hotel ist eine bessere Absteige

Nichts.
Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Fahrstuhl meiste Zeit defekt. Wenn er in Gang war konnte unsere Etage (3) nicht angesteuert werden.
Frühstück war unterste Kategorie, Café, Croissant und Baguette mit abgepackter Konfitüre, Honig, Nutella und Orangensaft. Manchmal auch Ei. Zimmer war sehr klein, (man musste um sich rum rangieren), und hatte wenig Steckdosen im. Waschbecken hatte Sprung. WC Dusche war nur für eine Person nutzbar und hatte eine Plastikzickzacktür, die nicht richtig schloss.
Das Hotel ist für eine gründliche Sanierung fällig.

Estaba cerca de la estación de gare nourd
Aun que la puerta cerraba sobre las 1:00 así podías entrar en el hotel a las horas que quisieras y el chico de por la noche era muy simpático

Cons:

El desayuno era muy muy simple no pagaría por desayunar hay .
La limpieza era un poco pésima.. pero durante los días que emos estado solo te hacen la cama y solo un día nos cambiaron las toallas . El suelo no lo limpiaron así que un poco regular ..

Free newspaper

Cons:

– Room is too dark. Light is not bright enough
– Constant noise from the elevator and the dripping of water in the toilet
– Noise from the other rooms
– No face towel or mat (no drain in the restroom = FLOOD!!!)
– Has mosquitoes…!!!
– Strong smell of bleach from the toilet in the room
– Can’t close the toilet door
– Very noisy toilet exhaust
– The shower head holder is broken

Conforto na simplicidade
Pros:

O hotel é simples, mas incrivelmente confortável, limpo e com atendimento excelente. Do pessoal da recepção aos da limpeza e cozinha, todos eram solícitos e agradáveis. Quando cheguei, até subiram minhas malas, mesmo que eu tenha dito que não era necessário.

O quarto era melhor do que eu esperava, confortável, fresco, banheiro limpíssimo. Todos os dias limpavam o quarto. O café da manhã era bem servido e diverso.

Deceived, will not reruen and I expect a refund.
Pros:

Just the location, as the hotel was close to the train station.

Cons:

The accommodation was tired, there was a smell of dampness, and it was uncleaned. The shower holder was broken, the overall presentation was bad, and it was uncomfortable to stay here. The images on Booking.com are a lie and they should feel accountable for this.

Cons:

No functioning wifi, elevator only up to two floors before ours. Windowless room, without fridge, safe, AC. Pretty basic.

Le Brabant n’est pas barbant
Pros:

Tres bon emplacement. Quartier plein d’animation, de commerces...
Rapport qualite prix correct
Personnel (sauf le gardien de nuit du dimanche 06/09) tres a l’ecoute et charmant

Cons:

L’hotel est vieillot et la securite incendie n’est pas au top (escalier en bois, pas de Detection Incendie dans les chambres, couloirs non desenfumes...)
Chambre et salle de bain tres petits.
Mauvaise isolation de la porte du couloir (4 cm de vide avec lumiere du couloir)
Proprete laissant a desirer : poussiere sous les meubles et presence de cafards...
Le gardien part 30 minutes vers 21h30 dimanche soir en verouillant la porte principale de l’hotel et personne ne peut rentrer ou sortir !!!

Cons:

Chambre très sale au 3 -ème étage et petite , moisissures sur les murs et petite bêtes au sol , le dos des rideau qui doivent être blanc d'origine sont noirs de moisissures
Salle de bains trop petite et très sale.
Pareils pour le parquet au sol.
Hôtel a fuir !!!

Pros:

In Bahnhof Nähe.... der Rezeptionist konnte mehrere Sprachen ....wir konnten früher einchecken als gegeben.

Cons:

Der TV ging nicht , die Aussicht war miserabel( man konnte nur die gegenüberliegenden Hotelzimmer sehen. Waschbecken kurz vorm einbrechen...
