Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel with my daughter. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, which was perfect for our early Eurostar departure.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionist, who kindly helped carry our suitcase all the way up to our room on the top floor. She was so polite and helpful, and she really made our first impression of the hotel a wonderful one.

The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We were especially impressed by how spotless the bathroom was. Everything was thoughtfully designed, including convenient shelves inside the shower for toiletries, which made using the shower much more comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding.

We also appreciated the kettle with tea and coffee, as well as the complimentary bottled water.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The only small downside was that we stayed during a very hot period and had to keep the windows open. Since the hotel is located in the city centre, it was quite noisy at night. However, this is simply due to the location and is not a reflection of the hotel's service.

Would stay again for an overnight stay but no longer.

Personal hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Kaffee vor Ort. Nähe zum Bahnhof.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Zu wenig Hacken und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer und Bad.

Pros:

Este pozitionata langa o gara/statie metrou din care poti ajunge oriunde. Foarte curat, personal foarte amabil si zona foarte buna.

Cons:

Nu are aer conditionat, iar pe canicula nu a fost tocmai usor, insa exista un ventilator in camera ceea ce a mai usurat situatia:)
