If you want save some money and wish to stay around 30 min away from Venezia this hotel is for you.

A nice, quiet place to stay and recover after long days out.
Pros:

The location was right next to a bus stop that went direct to Venice and the main bus station so extremely useful.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, unless you are gluten free.
The bathroom was very spacious with rails around the bath for safety.
A fridge to store your own food and cold drinks.
The hotel was very quiet at night with a restaurant right next door.
There was a supermarket just down the road.

Cons:

No facilities in the room to make yourself a hot drink in the evening.
The decor was a bit tired and old, although clean.

Reicht vollkommen für zwei Tage Übernachten mit Venedig Besuch

Die Zentrale Lage des Hotels. Gleich nebenan Restaurant. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit von Steffano. Hat sich um alles gekümmert. Spricht Deutsch.

Restauracja zaraz przy hotelu
Dobra komunikacja miejska z miastem Venecja autobus 5E i 6E jedzie z pod hotelu do dworca Wenecji.

Cons:

Standard odbiega od Polskich warunków bród i ubóstwo,
smród stęchlizną w pokoju,
W łazience pleśń w kabinie,
Toaleta brudna choć była dezynfekowana
Fakt jest taki że mieliśmy zostać na dwie nocki ale po jednej nocce spakowaliśmy się wyjechaliśmy.

Duży komfortowy pokój, Spokojna okolica z małymi knajpkami w pobliżu. Parking na terenie hotelu.

Pros:

Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel. Il personale è molto cordiale, la pulizia è impeccabile e le camere sono arredate con gusto in stile veneziano antico. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda: c'è una fermata dei mezzi pubblici proprio accanto.

Sehr freundliches, einfaches Hotel mit sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hell. Die Lage ist gut. Mitten in einem kleinen Ort. Direkt neben dem Hotel liegt ein sehr gutes Restaurant und noch mal 50 Meter weiter ein sehr gute Eisdiele. Die Bushaltestelle nach Venedig ist 50 Meter entfernt. Am zweiten Tag hat man es heraus, wo man in Venedig einsteigen muss und einen Bus nimmt, bei dem man nicht umsteigen muss (geht für Hin- und Rückweg). Hervorzuheben ist das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal.

Cons:

.Die Sauberkeit war nicht perfekt. Das Frühstück ist mäßig und die Klimaanlage war mit den hohen Temperaturen überfordert.

Ritorno di sicuro
Pros:

Posto super simpatico e accogliente, con personale ben preparato a fornire informazioni per il soggiorno. Ben servito per quanto riguarda i trasporti verso Mestre centro,Venezia e dintorni. Parcheggio sul retro molto pratico.
Da provare, e se ci siete già stati,da ritornare.

Cons:

Non è una critica, solamente un consiglio per migliorare: la colazione potrebbe essere meglio.Solo questo.
