Location is great. It’s a very old, historic building.
It’s very old - meaning creaky floors, lack of WiFi, subpar air conditioning, and amenities for a 5 star are questionable.
Good location
The staff is cold and distant- they barely say Hi. Feels like you are bothering them. We stayed for 3 days. The room was not properly cleaned and last day we asked for sandwiches as we were leaving early morning. They were very small and not much in them.
Beautiful boutique hotel, staff are amazing and welcoming.
Nothing to complain about, maybe just the no parking at the hotel.
The Hotel was very centrally located for walks and activities, and the rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The staff were efficient and warm throughout the hotel, with a particularly smiley lady in charge of housekeeping. I would not class this as a five star hotel though. Whilst it tried hard to aspire to be a five star (and was quite expensive) it just didn’t have the facilities, style or ambience. Breakfast was disappointing. Grubby glasses, flies on the food and not a huge choice. Whilst listening to pan pipe versions of Bryan Adam’s and Celine Dion. Whilst not within the hotels control, be aware that the church bells start at 7am and are very loud.
It was excellent with a good variety of food to give you the right start for the day. Bonus was the cheerful and helpful staff. Anita and the concierge were most hospitable and efficient.
Great property, extremely comfortable beds, and fantastic service. Great people at the front desk, breakfast staff was very polite and accommodating to our daughter's running around.
All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Very centrally located. Mirabell palace is located behind the hotel. City centre too is a 10-minute walk away.

Les photos booking ultra trompeuses. On dirait qu’il est situé en pleine verdure avec une superbe vue . Alors qu’il est en plein centre avec une vue cour intérieur sur iimmeuble horrible

Beautiful room. Professional and great staff.
Air conditioning design did not allow to turn off the fan that directly blew air towards my bed to the point of affecting even my closed eye. The comforter was VERY thin in a duvet cover. The helpful staff provided me with a heavy blanket that I found to be heavy. I had a terrible night because of these conditions. I managed to sleep about 2 hrs.
Another issue was no accommodation for international guests to charge phone or connect to the internet.
Great location, and can see that this would have been beautiful years ago. The bathroom had been refurbished and was lovely.
Very tired in places. Staff seemed confused but not unpleasant!
