Perfecte locatie !
Pros:

De locatie! Perfect om Rome vanaf dit hotel te verkennen!
De kamer was proper en lekker fris .
Het personeel was heel behulpzaam.
Hier komen we zeker nog eens terug als we opnieuw naar Rome komen .

Sistemazione più che buona peccato per il materasso troppo morbido
Pros:

Gentilezza del personale e ottima colazione, la stanza era pulita, posizione comoda vicino alla fontana di Trevi

Cons:

Il letto era un matrimoniale alla francese e il materasso molle non abbiamo dormito benissimo

اذا ارجع روما احصل افضل

- وجود ثلاجة وصندوق حفظ الامتعة
- وجود غلاية للقهوة
- يوجد تكييف نوع سبليت
- النظافة ممتازة

- الاستقبال صغير ولايوجد لويي
- وصلت الساعة 9:30 صباحاً وقال تدخل الساع 2 وهذا من حقهم ولكن لم يحاول او يفكر بالتقديم او يتواصل وقت الجاهزية
- رجل الاستقبال تعامل رسمي يحتاج للابتسامه ولكن واضح ولكن يحتاج ان يكون صدره وسيع للاسئلة واستقبال الجمهور فالشعب الايطالي ودود ومن افضل شعوب اوروبا في ذلك
- المصعد صغير جداً بالكاد ياخذ رجل واحد
- الغرفه صغيرة يوجد صور
- مكيف سبليت عادي
- الارضية بورسلان وليست موكيت حتى سجادة لايوجد
- لايوجد عزل بين الغرف صوت الجيران يسمع داخل الغرف
- لايوجد قفل تاميني عند اغلاق الباب من الداخل
- الوسائد ليست مريحة
- المناشف نظيفة و قديمه بعض الشي ولكن تحتاج تعطير
- الدولاب عادي وقديم

Quiero volverrrr muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

Nos encanto el hotel, muy buena ubicación totalmente cómodo y excelente personal. La atención fue muy grata del personal tanto de conserjería como de desayuno.
