Заказала комнату на одну ночь перед утренним рейсом. Местоположение идеальное - мы сдали машину, вернулись в отель пешком, около 5 минут. И то же расстояние до терминала, очень удобно. Комната понравилась, удобные кресла, приятный балкон с видом на горы. Удобная кровать. Отличная звуко- и светоизоляция.

Cons:

Написала особое пожелание - можно ли получить чайник, сделать кофе утром, рейс был рано и мы не успевали на завтрак. Ответа так и не получила, чайник тоже.

Een goede stop over voor ons verdere verblijf in Salszburgerland.
Pros:

Wij zijn gearriveerd met de trein en hebben vooraf contact gehad met het hotel. Zij hebben ons de salzburgcard vooraf verstrekt zodat wij naar het hotel konden reizen met de bus. De ontvangst was erg hartelijk. Wij hadden een mooie grote kamer. In de douche troffen wij echter nog haren aan op de muur. Hiervan hebben wij melding gemaakt en dat werd goed opgepakt. Verder was alles prima.

Hygiene in de douche. Wij troffen lange haren aan op de muur in de douche.

Unsatisfactory arrival/ reception attitude. I use Booking.com a lot and this was probably my worst booking

Staff on arrival. Their check in time is 3 pm. As it is an airport hotel, I presumed arriving at 1 pm and being able to wait until the room was ready would not be a problem. The hotel was locked when I arrived and I had to ring the bell to get in. I was greeted by a rather irate man who explained the check in time. He reluctantly booked me in and told me to wait near reception. The hotel was deadly quiet/empty at this stage and could easily have been taken for a hotel that was closed or closing down. I could just hear some raised voices from the staff. After a 20-30 minute wait I was given a room key. The single room was small but adequate but at £135 per night I would have expected breakfast to be included - it was not. Not a good experience as I initially almost walked away and booked somewhere else as it was closed when I arrived. Not sure how others gave this place a good review

Ideales Hotel für einen Frühflug

Walking distance from the airport
And front of hotel was quite nice

Cons:

The staff were very miserable and unhelpful.
The room and breakfast was very basic for a 4 star hotel. Would never stay here again and be warned they do not do any food on a Sunday even though it’s a hotel.
If you turn up later than 21.00 you would stave unless you walked 15 minutes to the nearest McDonalds.

The main entrance should be accessible at all times to guests - at 5am we left our room key on the unattended counter, as requested, to catch a flight and inadvertently left documents in our room that we needed but we were locked out of the hotel and unable to reenter as there was no one in attendance - and had to leave our documents behind and lost them.
