Fantastic hotel with beautiful views over Salzburg
Pros:

Lovely setting, lovely staff, good breakfast, very nice room and a lovely pool (if a bit cold). The spa area was also very good.

Cons:

Pool is not heated so it’s chilly

Gerne wieder - ruhige Lage im Grünen
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage im Grünen - sehr ruhig und die Stadt Salzburg sehr gut mit dem Wagen zu erreichen.
Wir haben dann in Salzburg die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit der Salzburg Card genutzt.
Das Restaurant war ein Hit - sehr gutes Essen und sehr guter Service.
Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer nur Badewanne und keine Dusche. Wir alle kennen das Thema. Aber tut dem ganzen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch.

Die Lage und dadurch die Aussicht war mega , man hat einen tollen Blick über Salzburg. Das Frühstücksbuffett hatte eine gute Auswahl und es wurde immer sofort aufgefüllt. Das Badezimmer war schön und modern. Die Zimmergröße war total ausreichend und nicht zu klein. Zur Begrüßung lag eine Karte und eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form eines kleinen Gugelhupfs auf dem Tisch.

Cons:

puh was hätte besser sein können, da fällt mir jetzt nichts ein, höchstens vielleicht das ein Teppichboden im Zimmer war, aus hygienischen Gründen nicht so ansprechend, aber das wäre meckern auf hohem Niveau

Die Lage ist einfach einmalig. Im Sommer ist die Lage mit dem Aussenpool mit Blick auf Salzburg und mitten in der Natur super schön. Wir kommen seit über 10 Jahren immer wieder.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück war nicht sehr motiviert. In der Preiskategorie sollte man doch bedient werden und sich nicht erstmal alles zusammensuchen müssen. Filterkaffee mit Kaffeetassen sollte doch möglich sein. Obst bestand fast nur aus Melone.

Es hätte gut werden können wenn die Hotelführung sich mehr kümmern würde.

Die Lage und das grundsätzliche Erscheinungsbild. Das Hotel hat eigentlich alles was es braucht.

Cons:

Ich hatte das Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 3 Nächten zur Erholung gebucht. Leider konnte man von Erholung in keiner Weise sprechen. Aufgrund eines Musik Festivals in der Nähe, war das Hotel voll mit feiernden Gruppen die es sich nicht nehmen ließen jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht auf dem Balkon/Terrasse oder einfach vorm Hotel weiter zu feiern. Laute Musik…Gegröle usw. Leider hat keiner was dagegen unternommen, da das Hotel um 22:30 ihre Rezeption schließt und dann kein Personal mehr vor Ort war. Somit wurde das Hotel sich selbst überlassen. Eine Telefonnummer für den Notfall wurde an einen Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet. Also auch das hat nichts geholfen. Reklamationen bzw Beschwerden der Störungen wurden zwar mit Bedauern zur Kenntnis genommen…das war aber auch alles. Über den Tag glich der Poolbereich einer Partyzone von Gruppen mit lauter Musik, Alkohol und Null Rücksicht. Ballermann lässt grüßen!
Das auch am Abreisetag erneut auf unsere Beschwerde keineswegs eingegangen wurde, ist für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse einfach nur schlecht und peinlich! Offensichtlich ist das Geld wichtiger als die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Auch wenn es vielleicht an dem Festival lag, kann man andere Gäste so nicht behandeln und ein gewisses Niveau erwarten. Immerhin hat der Aufenthalt auch ein paar Euro gekostet. Leider ein absoluter Reinfall.

Struttura un po datata situata tra i boschi. Panorama bellissimo
Piscina molto bella e pulita.
Personale educato e gentile.
Camera grande.

Cons:

Decisamente non all’altezza del prezzo pagato
Camera grande ma un po vecchiotta.
Senza ascensore e quindi non comodo per persone con mobilità ridotta.
Colazione un po striminzita se si considera il prezzo pagato di 330€ a notte in 2
Ho avvisato 5 mesi prima di essere celiaca e non ho trovato niente per la colazione…giusto un po di pane confezionato.
