Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. (Wasserspritzer am Spiegel im Bad, sehr staubig) Das Personal in der Bar am Abend war maximal überfordert und unfreundlich. Eine Frechheit wenn der Kellner sagt „Für einen Cocktail hab ich jetzt keine Zeit“

Für uns war die Lage ideal und das Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Frühstück war gut aber nichts außergewöhnliches, für uns persönlich haben Aufstriche und frisches Obst gefehlt, sehr problematisch war die Lage bzgl. der Kaffeemaschine leider sehr lange Wartezeiten

Super Lage zur Salzburg Arena

Cons:

Leider war die Sauberkeit für den Preis nicht 100 Prozent. Nicht geleerter Bademülleimer vom vorherigen Gast, nicht geputzter Spiegel im Eingangsbereich (hier hatten sich auf der Staubschicht schon Gäste verewigt), Haar im frischbezogenen Bett... Dies ist zwar Kritik auf hohem Niveau, ich finde den Preis (100 Euro pro Person und Nacht) auch hoch und erwarte daher auch sehr viel.
An der Bar Abends gab der einzige Mitarbeiter wirklich alles und war top - ein zweiter Kollege wäre aber für ihn sicher sehr hilfreich und für ihn stressreduzierend gewesen. Vor allem, weil gegen 22.30 Uhr gefühlt das halbe Hotel nach dem Besuch der Zaubershow der Ehrlich Brothers ein Getränk wollte.
