Приємні спогади, гарні види з вікна, зручне розташування, домашня і ділова атмосфери рядом.
Pros:

Гарне розташування. Сподобався стан, персонал, зручності, номер, чистота та сніданок.
Особлива подяка персоналу за їх відношення (рецепція) та допомога. Порекомендували навіть, що можна відвідати, щоб дізнатись максимально багато про це місце.
Коли ми приїдемо повторно в Зальцбург, то обов'язково пару ночей проведемо у них.
Більше підходить для пар та ділових зустрічей, на мій погляд.

Cons:

Шкаф для речей трошки здивував розміром. Нам пояснили, що це норма. Він тоненький.

Great experience.
Pros:

Staff, environment, cleanliness.
The hotel is quite comfortable and clean

Cons:

It's far away from the city center but you can find the buses. Only problem is that if you want to eat something, there is no place at near to eat.
There was each and every facility and also one major thing that I visited in summer, the AC are not working.

Nice place to overnight, but be careful about the parking.
Pros:

Confortable hotel, nice rooms.

Cons:

There are only a few free parking lots in front of the hotel. The receptionist suggested to park the car in the Fair parking (Messe), which is really close to the hotel. But we were not warned about the tariff. Parking overnight from 9PM to 8AM (less than 12 hours) overnight was 40 euros, in spite the tariff of "maximum 21 eur per day". What a rip-off.

Agréable pour l’air conditionné durant la canicule
Pros:

-le resto (quelques bons plats, évite de devoir sortir pour dîner)
-le frigo dans la chambre
-l’air conditionné en pleine canicule
-le parking intérieur (avec surcoût)

-la longue file d’attente au Check in
-la déco
-la situation (quartier pas très agréable, fort bétonné)

Pros:

Alles in Ordnung. Direkt an der Messe und gut mit dem Bus Linie 1 vom Hbf erreichbar.

מלון מצויין לבאים לארועים בארנה במרכז התרבותי של זלצבורג
Pros:

המיקום של המלון היה מעולה עבורי, סמוך מאד להופעה שהיתה בארנה Messe. חדר נעים, מקלחת טובה, ארוחת בוקר טעימה.
בעיקר מציינת לטובה את הגברת בקבלה שהינחתה אותי לגבי הנסיעות למרכז העיר ובחזרה למלון.

Pros:

Durch einen Buchungsfehler, dessen Ursache ich bis heute nicht nachvollziehen kann, hatten wir versehentlich zwei Zimmer für drei Personen in diesem Hotel gebucht, obwohl wir aufgrund einer Veranstaltung eigentlich in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht waren.
Das Team hat sich vor unserer Anreise sogar proaktiv bei uns gemeldet und nachgefragt, wann wir eintreffen. So ist der Fehler überhaupt erst aufgefallen. Nach einem kurzen Telefonat wurde die Buchung völlig unkompliziert und ohne zusätzliche Kosten storniert. Das war keineswegs selbstverständlich.
Für diese faire, kundenorientierte und äußerst kulante Lösung möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken. Ein so unkomplizierter und professioneller Umgang mit einer solchen Situation verdient großes Lob.
