Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in Stadtnähe sowie die nahegelegen Haltestellen der Busse sind äußerst praktisch aber das war es dann auch schon fast. Das einchecken im Hotel ging reibungslos von statten, allerdings der kostenlose Drink wie in der Anzeige beworben wurde, fehlte bzw. wurde gar nicht angeboten.
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls positiv zu bewerten und war reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings sollte das Personal das für das Frühstück verantwortlich ist schnellstens gewechselt werden... aber später dazu mehr.

Cons:

Laut Hotelprospekt sind die Zimmer angeblich vor 4 Jahren restauriert worden. Nun auf den ersten Blick fiel uns nichts negatives auf, außer das an der Badewanne eine Fliese extrem schlecht ausgebssert wurde. Na ja gespart muss eben überall werden. Dies merkt man natürlich auch an der Sauberkeit. Im Bad fanden wir in der Badewanne Haare, wahrscheinlich von unseren Vorgängern. Ebenfalls funktierte der Wasserkocher nicht. Was aber am schlimmsten für meine Vorstellungen war, war das an der Handy Ladestation die Kabel defekt waren. Da stellt man sich schon die Frage, wer kontrolliert das eigentlich? Vor allem weil dadurch leicht ein Brand entstehen kann.

Kommen wir nun wieder zum Frühstück was von der Menge und Angebot sehr reichhaltige war.
Das Personal allerdings nervte extrem. Nicht nur weil die Dame weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstand und auch leider nicht sprechen konnte. Nein sie war auch noch unverschämt und hätte am liebsten eine Taschen Kontrolle durchgeführt, nur um zu sehen, dass von den Gästen ja nichts beim Frühstück mitgenommen wird.
Bei jeder Kleinigkeit kam sie zum Tisch. Man hatte schon fast den Eindruck das Sie beim Geheimdienst arbeiten würde.
Mehr als die Worte "meine Chefin" und "muss zahlen" war aus der Dame sowieso nicht heraus zubekommen.

Nun da wir schon beruflich sowie privat schon viel rumgekommen sind, würde ich diesem Hotel nur 2 Sterne geben.

Ebenfalls negativ zu bewerten ist übrigens die Preispolitik. Der Parkplatz kostet extra. Ein Fahrrad ausleihen kostet fast soviel wie der Parkplatz an einem Tag. Da fragt man sich schon, ob das nicht Abzocke ist.

Im übrigen der Park ist nahe der Straße und Video überwacht aber deswegen nicht sicher.
Als wir angekommen sind, sicherte gerade die Polizei das Video Material.... Und das für 17 Euro am Tag, da bekommt man in einem anderen Hotel einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz...

Pros:

On arrival staff pleasant and very helpful. Comfortable bed and nice modern shower room. There was a kettle and a place to sit to have a drink in our room. As we were there in 34C it was great to have air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent. Only 10mins walk from the railway station and 20 mins along the river into the historic area of Salzburg.

Cons:

Nothing. But if I had stayed more than a couple of nights I would book a larger room.

Value for money and convenient location
Pros:

It is in a beautiful neighbourhood surrounded by houses and tree adjoining our room was beautiful to sit by the window and see the street. It’s very close to the central station making commute convenient. It feels very vintage with their fittings and design making us feel like we live in the 1950’s or 60’s
Staff was very polite especially one who looked like a butler from English movies.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. They had some cobwebs behind tv and in the bathroom. Would like better curtains and lighting as I felt it looked very dull

Pros:

The room was clean and well equipped. The location is good, within walking distance from the city centre. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast very good!

Cons:

The room was way too small, felt like we were on a boat cabin. Especially for the amount of money it cost us.

Wenn wir wieder ein Seminar in Salzburg besuchen, werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Das Frühstück und die Auswahl der Speisen waren in Ordnung. Der Kaffee war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock. Im Zimmer war es unerträglich heiß. Schlafen war nur mit eingeschalteter Klimaanlage möglich....diese war wiederum sehr laut. Die Einzelbetten sind eng und total unbequem. Absolut unkompetentes Personal an der Rezeption.
