Reception opening hours are as follows: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are arriving by car, please enter "Kajetanerplatz" (47°47‘48“N - 13°03‘06“E) into your navigation device.

At the entrance to the Kaigasse (the beginning of the pedestrian zone), there is a barrier. Please press the corresponding button for the hotel on the column on the left side. You will receive a code via the intercom, which you have to enter into the barrier to be allowed to enter.

Parking is possible at the underground car park Barmherzige Brüder. The car park has CCTV and it is only a 5 to 10-minute walk away from the hotel. The hotel provides you with directions to the car park upon arrival. Please note that special conditions and cancellation terms apply if you book 5 room units or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und unschlagbare Lage

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, der Domplatz ist 1 Gehminute entfernt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer auf die Straße buchen, weil das Zimmer in den Innenhof etwas dunkel ist.

Cons:

Der Zugang zum Hotel nach 18 Uhr erforderte nach anhaltenden misslungenen Versuchen durch die ausgehänkten Hinweise 3 Telefonate mit der Ersatzrezeption.
Das heißt es waren 3 Anrufe nötig, weil das System der Anmeldung mangelhaft ist. Das setzte sich am Abreisetag fort.
Das System braucht dringliche Beseitigung eklatanter Mängel.

A grande mais-valia deste hotel é certamente a localização no coração do centro histórico. Posso também dizer que a cama é confortável e tudo o resto está bem equipado.

Cons:

Achei a decoração do quarto onde fiquei um pouco cinzenta demais...
Um mini bar também seria simpático.

Loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful room, staff at check in were fantastic. Location is perfect for exploring Salzburg. Felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. Easy to get bus from train station,

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohlgefühlt. Meine Frau, mein kleiner Sohn und ich haben die Zeit in Ihrem Hotel sehr genossen.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Lage sowie das unglaublich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir wurden jederzeit sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend behandelt
Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz und Engagement gearbeitet wird. Die angenehme Atmosphäre und die echte Gastfreundschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht.

Es war gut für eine Nacht, doch würde ich die Unterkunft weder empfehlen noch wieder buchen!
