Tolles Hotel in perfekter Innenstadtlage
Pros:

- Sehr freundliches Personal
- Sehr sauber
- Tolles Frühstück
- Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt (Parkhaus auch direkt in der Nähe)
- Late Checkout wurde uns gegen Aufpreis gewährt

Cons:

- Für sehr große Menschen könnten die niedrigen Deckenhöhen ggf. unangenehm werden.
- Das Bad könnte etwas größer sein, ist aber "Jammern auf hohem Niveau"

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage, besser geht nicht.
Das Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten top.

Cons:

Der Kellner im Außenbereich, super coole Gartenterrasse übrigens, hatte wohl keinen so guten Tag.
Das kann mal passieren, war auch extrem heiß an diesem Mittag.

Geweldig verblijf in het oudste hotel van Salzburg
Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig, en wordt geserveerd in een prachtige ruimte.
Grote verscheidenheid aan warme gerechten kunnen a la carte besteld worden.
Overal hangt kunst. Het is leuk om door het hotel te lopen en hiervan te genieten.
Kamer was ruim, en de douche was zalig.
De minibar op de kamer is leeg. In plaats daarvan is er de maxibar op de eerste verdieping, waar je koffie en thee (gratis) haalt, en tegen betaling frisdrank, bier, wijn en versnaperingen. Heel goed gedaan.

Cons:

Kussens waren erg zacht.

Perfect location great hotel
Pros:

We loved Salzburg and we loved how close we were to everything via our accomodation. The beautiful hotel with its interesting history is something that we'll long boast about. The wait staff were amazing. No Jon too big or small and front office staff more than helpful. Loved every aspect of this visit.

Cons:

No fridge in the room and on a couple of days during our 9 day stay things like toilet paper and tissues were not topped up and towels were taken from the room but not replaced. We asked and then the job was done, but we shouldn't have had to ask.

Nice hotel,
Cons:

Breakfast was extremely slow to order and then even slower to get and the fried egg my son ordered was poached and the eggs in glass for my wife were in a small plate and also poached not boiled and shelled. The 2nd coffee was simply forgotten and so we lost at least 30 mins
