H10 Salauris Palace

Fantastic hotel would definitely stay again. Booked a superior room, was spacious with a lovely pool view and coffee machine.
Good location for the theme parks, which is what we wanted, little walk to the beach but not too far.
Hotel was clean and welcoming. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss in the evenings but that wasn't important to us.
Restaurant was clean and well replenished. Typical hotel food but there was always something to eat.
Pool area was lovely, although I could see it being extremely crowded in peak season. Have stayed in both the H10 salauris and the H10 princess and would certainly recommend these hotels and would stay again.

Nice big rooms and bathroom. Half board good value for money. Nice rooftop adult only pool area as although not school holidays there were lots of children.
Good location for walking to train station or Portadventura.
We took train to Tarragona and you can also get to Barcelona.

Property was nice and very clean

Myself, my partner, and her brother stayed here the first week of June. It's quite a large hotel that though quite busy, caters well for families with younger children. The rooms are quite spacious and cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner are buffet service, and offer plenty of choice, we particularly enjoyed whatever fish was on offer at the evening grill station. Sunbeds were generally available either at the main pool or the adult only roof pool. Though if you prefer a favoured spot probably best to join the dreaded sunbed queue prior to 9am. Outside the hotel take a short walk to the fabulous Salou beach, several beach bars available, and a nice flat walk along the promenade to the quieter Vilafortuny, or a short bus ride to Cambrils. Lunch can be purchased at the hotel, though there are plenty of options in Salou. We would certainly recommend Casa Ramon and Coffee Break Salou. Beverage prices at the hotel are great, decent quality, and generally no cheaper outside. All staff, at buffet, reception, cleaning, and bars are friendly and hard working. Particular shout out to Mike (animation}, Facu (pool bar), and Connor (snack bar), who do their utmost to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. As Mike would say, when on holiday Wakey Wakey! Shakey Shakey!

Exceptional hotel! Everything from check-in to departure was perfect. The hotel is immaculately clean, the food is delicious with lots of choice, and the facilities are excellent. The pool area is beautiful and the atmosphere throughout the hotel is welcoming and relaxed.

A special thank you to all the staff for their hard work and kindness. They helped make our holiday one to remember. We left with wonderful memories and would not hesitate to recommend H10 Salauris Palace to anyone visiting Salou.

Die Zimmer waren einigermaßen sauber und man hatte alles was man brauchte. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, es gab jeden morgen ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet. Tagsüber gab es Animationen für Kinder und abends ab ca. 22 Uhr gab es eine Show für Erwachsene. Das Hotel wird zu 95 % von Engländer, Iren und Schotten besucht. Die Hauptsprache des Personals ist spanisch und englisch.
Das Hotel liegt in Gehweite von Freizeitparks mit tollen Achterbahnen, PortAventura World und Ferrari Land. Es gibt viele Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte, fußläufig vom Hotel. Der Strand ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

On arrival we noticed how clean and inviting it was. We were also offered an unexpected upgrade.
All Staff were friendly and helpful, couldn't fault anything, would highly recommend and would stay there again.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday at H10 Salauris Palace and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile.

The hotel is spotless throughout, with beautifully maintained rooms and public areas. The swimming pool is excellent, with plenty of space to relax, and the atmosphere around the hotel is friendly and family-oriented. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious every day, with something to suit everyone’s tastes.

The location is perfect – close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants, and PortAventura, while still being peaceful and relaxing. The entertainment team worked incredibly hard to provide fun activities and evening shows for both children and adults.

What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff made us feel valued and genuinely cared about making our holiday special.

Thank you to everyone at H10 Salauris Palace for creating such wonderful memories. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future!

Absolutely the best hotel in Salou. Mike and Guillem easily the best entertainers out of all and we've been coming to Salou every year for 15 years!!! Amazing hotel and staff. Thank you H10 😁😁😁 Debi xx
