Family Trip
Pros:

Wonderful stay at this hotel in a brillaint location. Equal distance between the beach and the theme park. Nothing ever to much trouble for the staff, food was very good and the place was spotless. During the trip my Dad had an unfortunate accident with a a mobility scooter and a hotel window (all his fault might I add). Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. Well done Esmaralda and team ❤️ 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Very pleasant stay, clean, good food, friendly service. Very good location for everything.
Pros:

Highly recommended overall, we were staying B&B. The hotel experience was great, the rooms were clean, very comfortable with good air con and a good selection of TV channels. The food was great, we ordered room service also which was easy and efficient. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The pool beds were taken up all day, we didn’t get the benefit of the pool unfortunately. If we had been staying beyond the 6 days this would have been a problem. There could be a premium section you can book even for specific timeslots. Also I would have booked a spa treatment if I could have booked online. Going back down to the receptionist to book felt like hassle.

Great Hotel and Service with a Few Minor Improvements
Pros:

We booked through TUI and everything was exactly as expected. There were no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. Overall, we had a great stay and I would happily give it 5 stars.
There are just a few areas where I think improvements could be made. The air conditioning in the room was working, but it could be more effective. It was not possible to regulate the temperature, and while cooler air was available, the higher fan speed was quite noisy.
The beach is a bit of a walk from the hotel, but this is clearly stated in the description, so I do not consider it a negative point.
I was also surprised that even water was not included with meals (although this was also stated in the booking website) and had to be purchased separately. That said, the food was excellent, with a huge variety of choices and something for everyone.
My main suggestion for improvement would be the coffee at breakfast. Unfortunately, it did not taste very good and was the only aspect of the catering that disappointed me.
Apart from these minor points, the hotel, facilities, and service were all excellent. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.
