The location is amazing. Opposite King's Cross Underground
It was my first time experience in London. No used to the pigeon house rooms
Nothing.
It’s a hostel. Small rooms. Not as advertised
The only good thing about the hotel was its central location
When I phoned before I got here, the receptionist who answered the phone was rude when I asked if I could leave my luggage for a few hours. When I arrived, she was miserable and unfriendly. The bathroom was atrocious, no plug in the sink, a worn shower floor and the shower couldn't get fully hot. The only "toiletries" were a small round soap that was nearly used up after 1 night. The next time I go to London I'll spend more and stay at a Premier Inn
Great location/ lovely staff
Very small rooms
Location and staff were ok
Room was tiny lift didnt work
I needed to catch an early train in the morning so this was the perfect accommodation for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, there was a sealing fan. It is to the station. It is outdated but I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The room and bathroom were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Central location close to Kings Cross Station
Very Noisy
Awful basement room. Very dingy.
Poor value for money
Location to St Pancras
Tiny en suite if you bent down at the sink the door opened, uncomfortable beds and too much furniture in the small room also no lift to our room so had to haul suitcases up a very narrow stairs,
Location
Out dated, 1960s needs renovation. Lift was not working and we where on the 4th floor. Bathroom fitments broken shower barely worked, and hot water tap on sink was broken, and had a hot tap coming out of the wall, the very small TV in room had a dangerous connection in the back of the TV and the main plug only had 2pins as the 3rd pin was broken a highly dangerous situation
Nothing.
It was a cesspool of grime and disease. It smelled like an unwashed armpit. The window was broken so felt like I was sleeping inside an early 90s’ rave.
Great location and comfortable clean room.
Nothing stood out to dislike
Cheap and perfect for St. Pancras, where we needed to be.
Lift was dodgy. Told only one person and one bag at a time.
Really noisy outside and we had to have window open because of heat. Could do with air conditioning. Our key opened another room when we went to the wrong one!
The room was basic but clean and the beds were comfortable
There was a lot of street noise due to the location
