No water in the room or shower he’ll and shampoo. I booked a double room for 3 nights but got a just one bed smaller than a double with one side pushed to the wall. So two people could not stay. Hence I booked another single room for my colleague spending more money. Her room had a double and single bed both and was much larger than the double room. The digle room also had a bath.
Due to this we had to overspending our trip
Location. Close to train station for early train
Lights and ceiling fan not working. Bathroom light and fan only on movement activation going on and off repeatedly.
Location
Slow internet speed
Great location
Rooms small and stuffy my single bed was cjammed up against a radiator every time turned over kept hitting it! The bathroom very small there was a motion light kept going out everytime you had a shower you had to step out to turn back on! The room doors not very secure and the narrowest of corridor ive seen at a hotel to get to my room!
l rmplacement pres de la gare
un hotel hors de prix pour la qualite de ka prestation d 'herbergement
Location: just across the road from Kings Cross Station.
Good value for money, clean, even a lift to get to the top floor.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I did attend on a hot day and there was a fan in the room but it just blew hot air.
The bed was comfortable!
I was in a tiny single room on the 4th floor, accessed via dark creaky corridors. The window was high and difficult to operate. The TV was small and as far away from the bed as possible. The shower was very old and in a very small space. The water was cold in the evening and tepid in the morning. The socket next to the bed didn’t work. There was an unidentifiable ‘drip’ of something dark on the wall. The bathroom door had a bodged mend in it. The sirens were very loud and went on late, started again at 6am
It was relatively cheap for the location
There was a reason it was cheap. Lights didn’t work. Couldn’t use loo with door shut, bathroom was so small. Tiny shower cubicle with drizzle of tepid water. Couldn’t get wifi. No desk or surface soce for possessions. Graffiti carved into the windowsill from 2014. I could go on, but you hopefully get the point
Room was at the back of the hotel, up in a small lift and then down some stairs into the room. The view from the room was terrible if you open the curtains other rooms could see you in bed as there were no nets.
There was barely enough room to move round the edge of the bed. The mattress was soft. There was no shampoo or hairdryer.
No bedside lamp. You couldn’t get anymore basic.
The light above the bathroom mirror did not work. The faucet with drinking water did not work
Old & run down amenities. King single bed at best for what was a double booked. Bed needs upgrading. No ventilation in room & had to prop window open - see photo. Electrical wiring with lights & in bathroom flickering on & off. Smelt like chlorine in room. 3rd floor, no lift & one way in & out. Staff not friendly. Noisy area in late evening/early morning.
Was very close to Train station that is why we chose it .It was very cheap for the location .The room was very clean . Shower curtain was brand new .Room was warm but there was a working ceiling fan
The communal area was very old looking and not very inviting. The room was very small and the bed was small .pillows very uncomfortable. Was noisy. Had glass above door so when corridor light came on it lit up the room waking us up
Looked good and welcoming
Not a lot.
No soap in the bathroom. Very noisy room with traffic noise all night.
