Great location, extremely helpful staff and a very comfortable room. Easy access to restaurants, bars and entertainment + within easy reach of Zapilla beach

Pagas un 4* pero realmente aparenta como uno de 3*
Pros:

Camas y cojines cómodos. Cuarto de baño amplio. Céntrico cerca del puerto.
Un 10 al personal del buffet del desayuno durante el fin de semana, siempre atentas y muy amables. Íbamos con una bebé y nos pusieron muy fáciles las cosas.

Cons:

El parking no está en el mismo edificio. Para ser un 4 estrellas, parece realmente de 3 por las instalaciones y amplitud de las habitaciones así como por la atención del personal.
Poca luz para maquillarse en el baño y sin espejo de aumento pese a ser Suite Junior (íbamos a una boda y necesitábamos arreglarnos).

Good location great for short stay
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good

Cons:

Would have liked a fan as the air conditioning was difficult to get right for us. The solarium access was a bit misleading as we weren’t aware we had to book a time slot

Excellent 4 star
Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was great ,info and help at car park great and always spoke the three nights we where there great ,i am talking 22 .15 shift late or night not sure.The rest ,did not lift there head to smile or acknowledge.I would be very surprised if that was taught ?.
