Our bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we could also hear noise from the corridor.

Das Badezimmer ist zwar sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fugen sind verfärbt, die Armaturen kaputt - der Wasserhahn musste erst fest betätigt werden, bis das Wasser aufhört zu fließen.

You have only one bottle of water when you come and thats it.

Rooms should be nicer and equipt better

only 1 downer was that pool opens at 10 but by 9.30 am all sunbeds had towels on them and no one went around to tell anyone to remove them, an example i saw was a couple putting towels at 9.30am leaving the hotel and returned to the pool and there towels at 3pm, during which time no one could use these sunbeds, so i would say just abit more organization with sunbeds or possibly adding more especially in peek season. still this did not put us off we will be back

Lärm überall: Im Restaurant lautestes Scheppern und alles hallig, Dachterrasse viel zu laute Musik, unten am Pool/ Außenterrasse ebenso. Billigstes Mobiliar im Restaurant. Türenschlagen. Man denkt, es kommt jemand ins Zimmer, wenn die Nachbartüre geöffnet wird. Nachts Bumbum-Musik von irgendwo. Man fühlt sich als Störfaktor. Beispiel: Punkt 10.30 Uhr werden die Vorhänge im Restaurant zugezogen. Unser erstes Zimmer roch nach Abfluss. Wir bekamen ein anderes. Das roch ok, aber der Ablauf des Waschbeckens funktionierte nicht richtig. Frage nach etwas späterem Checkout wurde sofort abgewiesen von junger, kleiner Spanierien. Manchmal würden 15 Minuten auch schon was bringen. Man hat ein Gefühl, dass Macht über die Kunden hier ein gutes Gefühl für die MA ist. Beim Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel hat diese Dame auch sofort abgelehnt. Beim Kollegen null Problem. ??? Die Dame sollte mal überlegen, ihre Gäste wie Freunde zu behandeln. Nicht wie Opfer! Anderes Beispiel: 9.30 klopft es an der Türe und wir fühlen uns gestört und geweckt: Housekeeping!! ??? Ich vermute einen Deal mit der Frühstückscrew, damit alle pünktlich aus dem Frühstücksraum raus sind. À propos: Das Restaurant hat nur einen Innenbereich. Bettdecken liegen im Schrank und wirken nicht so sauber. Es gibt nur ein Tuch. Wenn die Hoteliers keinen Billigtourismus wollen, dürfen sie ihre Kunden auch nicht wie Billigtouristen behandeln! Das Publikum ist extrem gemischt (dt., russisch, türkisch, alt, jung...) und ich würde mal sagen, dass maximal die Billigtouristen wiederkommen. Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abreise unangenehm.
PS: Einen Fuß haben wir in keinen der Pools gesetzt. Das Wasser war nicht sehr klar.
PS: Der Aufzug rechts macht ein Geräusch, als wäre er mit einer Telefonleitung verbunden. Bisschen komisch.
PS: Ihre Koffer können sie selbst in einem Räumchen abstellen - völlig unbeaufsichtigt und für jedermann zugänglich. Null Sterne!!!

We were told they only change the beach towels on certain days and when we arrived there were no towels available so we were not able to have beach/pool towels on arrival for swimming. And they don’t seem to change them much anyway.

We booked a room for 3 people but they basically gave us a small double room and squeezed in an additional bed inside so there was no space for 3 people to move around at all. It was unfair for the space to be so cramped. Underneath the additional bed it was quite dirty with lots of dust and hairs etc so it had not been cleaned for a long time.

The bathrooms all have frosted glass so you can see silhouettes of others in the toilet at times. There were also some gaps in the glass so it did not provide the privacy expected from a usual toilet/bathroom. But at times it was just adequate if you are familiar with the people are you are sharing the room with.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming except for one who was very rude, curt and unfriendly on the last day in the morning. The young lady was in a bad mood and then after told us we had an outstanding bill which we didn’t, and when we challenged it she then admitted it was a mistake but did not apologise.

Die Zimmer sehr klein und es wurde nicht sauber geputzt

Trochu mě mrzí, že jsme dostali pokoj pro vozíčkáře. Sociální zařízení tak bylo jiné, ne běžné. Ale zas na druhou stranu je pěkné, že má hotel i takto vybavený pokoj.
