Все супер, розташування, сервіс, їжа, але пару додаткових кавомашин у високий сезон не завадить.
Pros:

Розташування просто супер: 5 хвилин і Ви вже на шикарному пляжі. Все чого бажає душа теж поруч - супермаркети, магазини, кафе та ресторани. Хоча в ресторанах не було потреби, так як харчування перевершило всі наші очікування! Сніданки були такі насичені, а вечері просто вау! Різноманіття салатів, закусок, гарячих страв, м'яса, риби, овочів, фруктів та десертів. Все завжди свіже та дуже смачне! Номери компактні, але все необхідне було. У нас був номер з красивим видом на басейн та море, на 6-му поверсі.

Cons:

Недостатня кількість кавомашин у ресторані - всього дві (!!!) на такий величезний готель. Кожний ранок було проблемою взяти каву і доводилося стояти в черзі інколи по 10-15 хвилин. Власникам готелю не буде дуже дорого коштувати встановити хоча б дві додаткових кавомашини у високий сезон, але це дійсно покращить ситуацію на сніданках та загальне враження гостей. Ще інколи доводилося очікувати в черзі на сніданок, так як були моменти, коли багато людей приходило в одночас. Але працівники ресторану блискуче та швидко вирішували проблему з розташуванням гостей. Тому в мене немає негативного враження з приводу цього, а навпаки - вдячність.

Pros:

Que el Persia al era muy amable,variedad de comida y el animador hacía muy bien su trabajo.

Cons:

Que todos teníamos muchos granos.Nos picó algo que no sabemos qué era pero mirábamos a la gente y todos estábamos igual.

Het was een aantal dgn erg druk en dan worden de rijen bij het buffet wel erg chaotisch en bij het ontbijt een half uur in de rij staan voor een kop koffie dat doe je 1 keer en ga je koffie drinken op een andere locatie!
Personeel was erg aardig en deden hun stinkende best!

No se merece 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Habitación amplia, ubicación y precio.

Cons:

Al ser 4 estrellas esperaba un poco más, la calidad del desayuno la encuentras en uno de 3 estrellas y en uno bueno de 2. Colas para poder desayunar, solución del Hotel?, trasladarlo al cliente, ilustrar con unos emojis que la mejor hora es a las 07:30 de la mañana.., pues gracias..
No me parecio bien no conseguir habitación con cama de matrimonio, no entiendo las camas dobles, si tienes bebe te consiguen una cuna, si estás casado, aguantate..
La hora de la salida de la habitación, a las 10:30, el servicio de limpieza tocando la puerta a las 10:28, exigiendo que debiamos salir ya.
Total, que siendo un 4 estrellas creo que podrían pulir ciertos detalles. No volveré..

Estuve en este hotel en 2019. Confortable y agradable, pero lo recordaba mejor en 2019

la piscina, las vistas de la terraza de mi habitación y el trato del personal del restaurante. Contar con un cajero electrónico en la recepción y lo serviciales que fueron los y las recepcionistas

Cons:

:Es incomodísimo tener que hacer cola en los desayunos para coger el café. En la cena, muy poca variedad de platos. Y lo peor, una limpiadora de habitaciones desagradable y maleducada de la que tuive que poner una queja en recepción para el director.
