Important information:

Children under 12 years old will be able to enter the spa from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., after that time, access will be limited to adults only.
The sessions are 50 minutes long, €20.00 (VAT included) for adults and €10.00 (VAT included) for children.
The use of flip flops and a hat is mandatory to access the circuit.

Excepcional . Personal e instalaciones de lujo.
Pros:

Todo perfecto, lindo y moderno! La atencion excepcional. Todos los recepcionistas y empleados muy amables! Especialmente quien nos atendio, Geraldine , 10 puntos! Excelente que tengan personal tan predispuesto. Sin duda volveremos.
Importante saber que las instalaciones del spa se pagan aparte y tienen duracion de una hora. La piscina no esta incluida en el precio del alojamiento 😊

Una estada en parella genial!
Pros:

Les habitacions i les vistes de l'habitació estaven genials! Molt confortables i amplies. Tot l'hotel en general era tot molt correcte i molt agradable. El personal de 10! I la ubicació et dona accés a tota la vall.

Cons:

Hi ha 2 detalls:
- El buffet podria ser mes variat i millor. Les quantitats estan perfectes i sempre hi ha les safates plenes, però falta varietat
- El Spa (per dir-li algo), és una piscina amb rajos d'aigua i 2 saunes, poc més, el pitjor es la quantitat de clor que hi dipositen, sort que val 5€.

Cómodo y limpio.

Cons:

Hay que reservar para todo: spa (máximo 1h y 15€), desayuno y cena (porque no tienen servicio de comidas). Tampoco ofrecen media pensión, solo desayuno; y como solo hay un bar al lado, que es del propio hotel, aunque no sea caro, estás obligado a pagar porque no hay nada en 30min alrededor.

Super petit déjeuner. Espace spa très bien avant l'arrivée de personnes qui parlent fort et d'enfants qui hurlent.

Cons:

Bruits du spa et accueil en espagnol. Aucun effort pour parler français ou anglais. Dommage
