Ni siquiera voy a mencionar lo ilógica e incómoda que está organizada la operativa del hotel, porque eso, al fin y al cabo, es una cuestión de gustos.

Sin embargo, sí quiero advertir a los futuros huéspedes sobre un problema mucho más grave. Al hacer el check-in me exigieron un depósito de 300 €, aunque resulta difícil entender por qué, ya que el minibar de la habitación estaba completamente vacío. Durante toda mi estancia no utilicé ningún servicio adicional del hotel que pudiera generar cargos extra.

A pesar de ello, al finalizar la estancia me descontaron 157 € de ese depósito sin proporcionar ninguna explicación. Como hice la reserva a través de Booking.com, solicité inmediatamente la factura correspondiente para conocer el motivo del cargo. Hasta la fecha, mi solicitud ha sido completamente ignorada.

Estoy considerando presentar una denuncia ante las autoridades competentes y los organismos de protección al consumidor para que investiguen si este cargo ha sido realizado de forma indebida, ya que no existe ninguna justificación para dicho descuento. El hecho de que el hotel ignore mi solicitud de factura y no ofrezca ninguna explicación solo aumenta mis dudas sobre la transparencia y la buena fe de su actuación.

Recomiendo a quienes piensen alojarse en este hotel que revisen cuidadosamente todos los cargos realizados en su tarjeta y soliciten la documentación de cualquier importe que les sea descontado.
