Great hotel and location, not the most helpful reception staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. The facilities were immaculate.

Cons:

The staff was not especially warm or helpful. We were there during pride week and had to get to the train station on the day of the parade. When we asked the front desk for advice getting to the station, if they knew anything about crowds, and how we would get onto the street if the parade barricaded were up… the reception desk staff said “that’s not my problem” … literally.

ביקשתי לקבל חדר מוקדם ביום ההגעה, לצערי לא קיבלתי המתנתי מעל שעתיים בעודי גמורה מעייפות אחרי הטיסה ולילה בלי שינה, קיבלתי חדר לקראת השעה 13 מלא בתקלות ורועש.. רק בערב אחרי שחלק מהתקלות טופלו החליפו לי חדר
