La ubicación, el desayuno, y el personal amable.
La habitación es demasiado cara para lo que ofrecen, era pequeña, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo, y tenía olor a humedad.

الطعام داخل الغرف: يوجد هالخدمة، مستوى الطعام جيد
الغرف: الغرفة المطلة على فيا قران تعتبر أوسع وأفضل من غيرها
الموقع: ممتاز، مباشرة على شارع فيا قران
Reception: David checked us in; he was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Design: The lobby is beautifully designed.
Restaurant: The breakfast buffet restaurant is good; the food is varied and delicious, and there is a live cooking station for eggs and pancakes.
In-Room Dining: This service is available, and the food quality is good.
Rooms: The room facing Gran is more spacious and better than the others.
Location: Excellent, located right on Via Gran street.
تسجيل الخروج: كانت من أسوأ التجارب، آدريان كان يتكلم معي بغرور وتكبّر، غير متعاون، لم يستجيب الى عرض التكسي المجاني للمطار رغم انه مع حجزي للغرف، كذلك المرأة في الاستقبال شكرتها مرتين ولم ترد علي، وتنظر بغرور!

واعتبر موضوع تكسي المطار من مسؤولية بوكنق كذلك، حيث انهم يوعدون ويوفرون عروض لا يمكن استخدامها!
الغرف: المخدة غير مريحة وحجمها غريب، الغرف الغير مطلة صغيرة نسبيا، ولا يوجد بها أي إطلالة، الشباك يفتح على منور داخلي فالشمس لا تدخل داخل الغرفة
الحمام: لا يوجد به تهوية، لا يوجد شطاف
الخدمة: لا يوفرون مياه شرب مجانية للغرف
بوفيه الفطور: مر علينا خلال الفترة ثلاثة طباخين مختلفين، كلهم غير مرحبين وعصبيين ولا يتحدثون الإنجليزية
Check-out: This was one of the worst experiences. Adrian spoke to me with arrogance and pride, was unhelpful, and refused to honor the free airport taxi offer that was included with my room booking. Also, the receptionist woman—I thanked her twice, but she didn't reply and just gave an arrogant look!
"This bad experience is the reason I will never return to this hotel or recommend it to a friend."
Booking.com Note: I also consider the airport taxi issue to be Booking.com's responsibility as well, since they promise and offer deals that cannot actually be used!
Rooms: The pillow is uncomfortable and has a strange size.
The rooms without a view are relatively small and have no view at all; the window opens onto an interior lightwell, so sunlight does not enter the room.
Bathroom: There is no ventilation, and no bidet spray (shattaf).
Service: They do not provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms.
Breakfast Buffet: Three different chefs rotated during our stay, and all of them were unwelcoming, moody/tempramental, and did not speak English.

Pedimos un late check out y nos dieron muy poco tiempo !!! Estaría bueno que brindaran este servicio y si les parece cobrar algo por el mismo !!! Me parece algo razonable
Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathrooms. The bed is big and comfortable.
The reception staff is kind and very helpful. We had an issue with the noise the first morning as our room was next to the cleaning ladies service room. I complained to the reception and they immediately apologized and offered to change the room with more quiet. Friendly and efficient - exceptional customer service.
Everything is good except for the level of noise by the cleaning staff. Compared to French and German hotels, there is a space for improvement in Spain. Otherwise, they work very well. The rooms are spotless clean.
