Pros:

Excellent location, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, the gym was great. Everything was outstanding! We decided to have breakfast on the town so we didn’t have the total breakfast. Thank you!!

Cet hotel ne mérite d etre un 5 étoiles
Pros:

La situation géographique

Cons:

Robinetterie cassée petit dejeuner tres quelconque par exemple le jus d’orange n etait pas frais étrange pour un 5 étoiles pas d omelette avec pommes de terre proposée. Salade de fruits coupée en morceaux énormes personnel qui etait aimable mais sans plus a part le voiturier. 25 euros de parking par jour c est très cher je ne vous recommande pas cet établissement

Pas de réel buffet petit déjeuner , un plat chaud proposé, pour le reste plateau imposé … dans salle en sous- sol … pas digne d’un 5 étoiles

Lovely hotel, perfect location, wonderful service.
Pros:

We booked a premium room for 2 nights. The suite was amazing. The room overlooked the alley below which had lots of tapas bars and is part of the bull run during the fiesta.
The bed and pillows were really comfy. The shower was the biggest shower I had ever seen.
The sound proofing was amazing, so peaceful, we couldn’t hear a sound from the streets with the windows closed. The room had a double door and so we also couldn’t hear a sound from the corridors. We slept so well!
The staff were very helpful and cheerful and always ready to help.
The location is perfect, right on the plaza.
It set a very high bar for the rest of our holiday around Spain and no other hotels have yet lived up to how good this one was.

L’un des meilleurs séjours que nous avons passé dans un hôtel

Le confort et la propreté de l’hôtel, l’amabilité du personnel, le souci du détail, le confort des chambres, la magnifique salle de bain, le petit déjeuner un peu trop copieux peut-être, la localisation
