La vétusté des installations et parfois la saleté. Impossible de regarder la télé du lit. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles!

Las vistas al contenedor de la basura.
Un perro en la habitación de al lado, pese a haber puesto que lo más lejos posible de mascotas que ladran de noche y las humedades del techo.
La ducha de hidromasaje no funcionaba.
Le faltaban los botones.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut, der Blick aufs Meer - falls ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gewählt - echt sehr schön.
Die (alleingelassene) Rezeptionistin war freundlich, aber überfordert (siehe "hat uns nicht gefallen").

Cons:

Der Empfang im Hotel begann mit einer ca. 30 minütigen Wartezeit, weil die arme Rezeptionistin alleine gelassen hart aber immer sehr freundlich mit Fragen der vor uns eincheckenden Person gerungen hat. 5 weitere Parteien warteten tapfer auf den Check-in, der dann auch bei uns über 10Minuten gedauert hat.
Parkplätze standen keine mehr zur Verfügung.
Das Bad war in den Ecken der Badewanne schimmlig. Die Handtücher waren am zerschleissen. Klebereste vom zuvor angebrachten Seifenspender großflächig drangelassen. Handtuchhalter kurz vorm runterfallen.
Eine Bettseite war ohne Nachtkästchen, weil das angerissen war. Mobiliar alt und beschädigt.
Die Matratze in einer Gummi-Inkontinenzhülle, die für garantiert schwitziges Schlafklima sorgt.
Ein Aufzug (auch vom Personal genutzt) sorgt für lange Wartezeiten vorm Lift. Etc.
Insgesamt befindet sich das ganze Hotel in einem Zustand der auf Unaufmerksamkeit der Hotelführung rückschließen lässt. Schade. Alles wäre mit nicht allzu viel Aufwand zu beheben und das Hotel hätte eine gute Bewertung verdient. So wird das aber nichts.
