Pros:

Lo mejor sin lugar a duda es su ubicación. Perfecto para no tener que coger el coche. Estás al lado tanto de la zona centro, como del puerto y la playa de San Lorenzo. El acuario queda como a unos 15 minutos a pie. Te dejan unos bombones y un par de botellas de agua en la habitación a modo de bienvenida.

Cons:

Uno de los días sobre las 9:35 de la mañana nos despertó un taladro. Lo dejamos correr, pero a la mañana siguiente a las 10:10 nuevamente el taladro. Una obra que estaban ejecutando en la misma planta en la que dormíamos. 3 de las 6 habitaciones tenían el cartel de estar durmiendo, no molestar. La cuarta era la de la obra. La verdad creo que podrían haber retrasado la hora del taladro mínimo a la hora que tienes que hacer el check out . Además, se escucha cuando tiran de la cadena o entran y salen de las habitaciones. No cuentan con nevera ni una máquina donde poder sacar una botella de agua. Alargamos la estancia un día más y no nos dieron ningún tipo de comprobante finalmente, aún que baje a solicitarlo.

Excellent stay in great central location. Issues dealt with by staff with almost a smile on their faces!

Brilliant location. Super central. Staff helped sort out communication issues that had arisen from booking.com not being clear

Cons:

Dodgy decor. Despite being “dog friendly” you still have to inform them in advance you are bringing a dog so they allocate you the dog friendly room. We had no idea. Also there is no parking. So you have to park in the street or in a car park. Staff provided us with extra pillows as only one each allocated.

Buena estancia
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. La habitación no es muy amplia, pero tiene lo justo para sentirte cómodo. Tiene una cafetera con cápsulas y para hacer té. No se escucha el ruido de la calle y está muy cerca de la playa. El desayuno es continental.

Pros:

the lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating. we arrived early and were able to check in after a reasonable time. she was patient and informative. excellent service.
