Todo el hotel anticuado las instalaciones en mal estado la cama fatal e estado en hostales con baño compartido en mejor estado que este hotel no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni siquiera a mi peor enemigo

Nada más llegar al hotel simplemente nos echaron. Pues esa habitación ya estaba reservada, seguramente a alguien que iba a estar más días. Nos dijeron que teníamos que ir a otro hotel que ellos ya habían reservado, pero no pagado porque al salir de dicho hotel nos querían hacer pagar la cuenta que era más alta que el Monclus que previamente habíamos pagado. No nos avisaron con antelación del cambio de hotel con las molestias que ello conlleva. Tampoco nos dieron explicaciones por el cambio ni sacamos ninguna indemnización por el cambio que nos impusieron.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et disponible si besoin. La chambre correspondait à la description, assez grande pour quatre permettant de stocker des bagages, literie confortable et très bon emplacement centre ville de Palencia. Parking sécurisé pour 10€/nuit à proximité. Suffisant pour une nuit, je recommande.

Cons:

-pas de climatisation donc attention sur les périodes chaudes. Cela mériterait au moins un petit frigo pour avoir des boissons fraîches à disposition
-lit bébé en option à 5€. Attention car le tissu entourant le lit se détache et tombe sur bébé. Le matelas n'épouse pas les côtés, j'ai retrouvé bébé par deux fois au sol quasiment sous le matelas avec le tissu qui le recouvrait, il était "étouffé" donc il a fini dans le lit parental par sécurité
