Fab breakfast and great location and staff
Pros:

Great breakfast and fridge in the room. Great location for the ferry, buses, trains and exploring the city. Helpful staff. Good price. Modern bathroom

Cons:

Nothing. I'd stay again.

Staff and accommodation were really great. There was no parking available on site but there was a public paid parking 2minutes walking

Pros:

La atención de las recepcionistas. La decoración del hotel y la habitación están muy bien, a pesar de que la habitación es pequeña, 2 personas dormirían incómodas, porque una estaría sobre la pared.
El problema es el parking. Hay convenio con uno a 200 m, el de la puerta del hotel es muy difícil.
La zona es muy céntrica y está cerca del Botin y del Ferry, pero tal vez sería mejor, con auto, no estar tan céntrica.

Cons:

El tamaño de la habitación y que tenía pocas luz natural, a pesar de tener una gran ventana.

Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien y el personal me ayudó en todo lo que necesitaba. Las instalaciones también están bien cuidadas y la limpieza se nota.

Cons:

No probé el desayuno, por lo que no puedo opinar de éste. No hay nada malo que destacar.

Hotel really good, definitely recommend
Pros:

Central for Ferry and Railway Station, very clean and comfortable. Staff very good. We were going on early morning train so Fridge in room was ideal for storing sandwiches and drinks

Cons:

No bar, only had various teas in room but no coffee
or milk

A warm welcome, clean rooms, very convenient for train & ferry stations and the Brittany Ferries terminal.
