La cama era comoda

Que continúen con las reformas,,,k falta les hace ...el plato de ducha con los bordes marrones ....no sé si era moho o k estaba manchado , zonas del cristal de la ducha con trozos d levantados..la puerta del baño como k dentro de poco le salen las termitas .el aire acondicionado portátil....el tubo k va al exterior pegado con cinta aislante cada tres por dos se salía de agujero...el ruido k hacía el aparatito como si fuera el motor de un tractor...toda la noche con ese ruido y no podíamos apagarlo pk cogimos la ola de calor.en fin no nos alojaremos más.

Al llegar nos dieron una habitación ocupada por otros clientes. Reclamamos. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una de categoría inferior a la que habíamos reservado y pagado; más pequeña, interior, sin ventilación. Reclamamos. Nos dieron una tercera habitación también ocupada por otros clientes. Reclamamos. Nos dicen que el hotel está completo y no hay más habitaciones disponibles; que nos quedamos con la que hay. Caos absoluto. Falta de respeto al cliente. Nunca me había pasado esto antes.

Muy bien todo, el personal muy atento en todo momento, las instalaciones limpias y cuidadas, la habitación todo perfecto, bajamos a desayunar casi a la hora de cerrar comedor y quisimos huevos revueltos y la chica nos los hizo en un momento, todo bien sin duda repetiría,

Cons:

Limpieza mejorable. Los marcos de las ventanas estaban llenos de polvo. El wc no estaba muy limpio. Sumidero de la ducha no tragaba bien y se creaba una piscina de 2 dedos de agua mientras te duchabas en el plato ducha.
