Estancia muy cómoda y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor de todo, la ubicación, está en pleno barrio de Santa Cruz, al lado de la Catedral y de los Jardines del Alcázar, con lo que se agradece a la hora de hacer turismo porque no hay que caminar prácticamente nada. El servicio del hotel fue excelente tanto la recepcionista como el recepcionista estaban a nuestra disposición para lo que se nos ofreciera. Además el hotel cuenta con una máquina expendedora que por lo menos nosotros que fuimos en un mes de mucho calor, se agradecía a la hora de comprar agua. Estuvimos muy cómodos en nuestra estancia.

Cons:

No tengo nada que objetar en este sentido, para nosotros fue una grata experiencia.

Ritornerei qui senza dubbio per l'ospitalità della zona, della struttura e del personale.
Pros:

L'hotel è situato in una zona senza dubbio strategica e vicinissima alla maggior parte delle attrazioni, nonché accogliente per il suo stile tipico che si ritrova anche all'interno della struttura. L'ospitalità del signor Antonio è un altro punto di forza, che abbiamo saputo ben apprezzare così come la pulizia, la comodità e la confortevolezza della nostra stanza.

Top hotel met, helaas, luidruchtige gasten
Pros:

De ligging is natuurlijk helemaal top. De kamer was niet zoals op de foto maar, groot / schoon / comfortabel en we hadden zelfs een klein privéterras.

Cons:

De klimaatbeheersing. Het was niet mogelijk om het systeem welke de lucht rondpompt uit te zetten. Om de zoveel tijd ging deze dus aan/uit. Het was naar mijn mening ook te koud.
Verder kwam er erg veel lawaai vanaf de receptie. Overige (Spaanse) gasten stonden daar gewoon 's ochtends heel vroeg en 's avonds heel laat te "praten" maar, met zo'n volume dat het tot in de slaapkamer letterlijk te horen was. Jammer dat diegene achter de receptie niet meer attent was op dat gasten zachtjes praten of anders, naar buiten had verwezen.
