Está en primera linea de playa, la comida bien cocida y muy rica, están bien los espectáculos nocturnos, para repetir la experiencia. Y sobre todo el trato del personal, perfecto y de muy bien gusto.
La distribución de la habitación, y todo lo que tienes que esperar los ascensores, para subir o bajar a la piscina, la comida, la piscina del ático...
Horarios de las comidas muy bien pensados.
La bañera. Para gente mayor (como nosotros) mejor plato de ducha .
Ubicacion y desyuno
Seria mejor cambiar las bañeras por duchas. las personas mayores, tenemos dificultad para entrar en la bañera

The location was amazing, it was very busy and had a great atmosphere. The room was wonderful and I would recommend the panoramic view room to anyone who books here. There was lots of choice for where to go, sit by the beach, pool or rooftop pool. The spa was small, intimate and had everything you’d expect (watch out for the jet and waterfall machines as they were very effective), you need to pay for the spa but it is worth it if you like spas. There was so much choice for breakfast and the food was fresh and regularly well stocked.
We drove from Alicante airport but Valencia is about 30 minutes closer. The carpark was full (which you need to pay for) but there was lots of parking available in the area, for free. Get up early to watch the sunrise, it was spectacular.
I’d definitely book to stay here again.
Nothing, the staff were super friendly on reception. Some of the waiting staff in the restaurant speak very little English but again we speak very little Spanish but it didn’t cause any problems. The evening buffet was not as hot as excepted for some dishes but there was lots of choice and some hot dishes too.

La ubicacion de la habitacion pero sobretodo el personal.
Ya se que es dificil controlar a las gaviotas, pero estar en la piscina de arriba y estar con 10 gaviotas en el agua no es comodo
La ubicación y la comida
Que no me dieron la habitación que reservé. Ya había estado en el hotel y reservé la habitación en la que había estado alojado la vez anterior. Supuestamente me dieron una mejor pero sin haberme consultado. La que me dieron era sin terraza y al solicitar que me dieran la que había reservado me indican que no tenían disponibilidad de esa habitación.
