Wonderful staff and beautiful sea views, but expected more for the price
Pros:

We stayed for a couple of days after our wedding to relax and unwind, and overall we had a lovely time. Our room was very spacious, with beautiful direct sea views, and the beachfront location was excellent.

The staff were the highlight: incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the bottle of champagne on arrival, which was a lovely touch and made our stay feel special.

The rooftop infinity pool was fantastic. Although it cost extra, we thoroughly enjoyed the all-inclusive experience, with unlimited food and drinks. The spa was also very pleasant.

Cons:

At almost €400 per night, we expected a more consistently luxurious experience, especially given the hotel’s reputation. The spa and rooftop pool both required additional payment, which is worth considering when budgeting for the stay.

There were also some details that could have been better. We found a few hairs near the bed, which was disappointing. The restaurant offered plenty of variety and different cuisines, but we found the food fairly average and had expected higher quality.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, particularly the wonderful staff, spacious room and sea views. The main reason for giving an 8 rather than a 9 or 10 is value for money: it was a very nice experience, but we expected something more special at that price.

Nunca defrauda
Pros:

Es un alojamiento que nunca defrauda en instalaciones y servicios

Cons:

La atención de recepción. No se enteraban de un problema que tuvimos y tardamos mas de dos dias en resolverlo por teléfono hasta que dimos con la persona indicada.

Pros:

Desayuno y buffet excelentes muy variados, la ubicacion al frente de la playa y en la zona mas bonita del boulevard, Una vez dentro del hotel no toque mas el coche tenia todo a pocos metros la comida del hotel la playa preciosa y helado u otras meriendas a pocos metros , mucho entretenimiento incluso dentro del hotel.

Cons:

el estacionamiento es limitado y no se puede solicitar por booking al llegar nos dijeropn solo se hace por su web, pero pudimos estacionar en la zona luego de varias vueltas,
