Super in centro, super pulito, comodo, perfetto

Location amazing, staff very helpful and the room and beds were very comfortable.

Come prima cosa entrando ho notato il profumo e la pulizia della struttura e la bellezza, poi ci ha accolto il personale parlando anche in italiano, e siamo stati indirizzati verso la stanza. La camera non era molto grande, e avendo prenotato con largo anticipo, avrei preferito una stanza ad un piano più alto, ma in generale non le mancava nulla! Molto molto pulita e profumata. Sono dettagli ma anche tutte le soliconature della vasta erano pulite, la rubinetteria senza calcare! Potrei dire uno degli alberghi più accurati nella pulizia in cui sono stata! Relativamente la bellezza/modernità/design si poteva fare meglio, ma per un 2 stelle va più che bene!
Comodissimo anche il deposito bagagli!

Location couldn't have been better. Staff were all helpful and engaging. On booking I asked for twin beds and we ended up with an amazingly spacious room with two double beds, a kitchenette, table and chairs. The bathroom was very spacious. It all felt luxurious - way more than we expected. We will definitely stay again, it was wonderful.

Valencia'da kalınabilecek en iyi hotellerden bir tanesi. Valencia'nın tam merkezinde çok şık bir hotel. Tüm restaurantların ve mağazaların olduğu yerde. Ayrıca her iki tren istasyonuna yürüme mesefasinde olması da büyük bir avantaj.

First, the negative points:
The staff behavior was not very friendly or professional.
We had an issue with our room loud noisy aircondition ,at first they offered breakfast compensation, which honestly did not make sense because we were a group — offering breakfast for two people while three others received nothing was unfair.
We also did not accept moving between rooms because we were already outside the hotel when they informed us, and our safe box was full of personal belongings. We did not feel comfortable having staff access our things while we were away. Later, we were told that keeping the second room was a “favor,” but no one considered how inconvenient and uncomfortable it was for us to move around every night as gosts.
Also, whether we use the air conditioning or not should be our own choice. Saying that “20 degrees is enough” is not appropriate because every person has different comfort levels specially my sister has high blood pressure need cold airflow room.
The first night was supposed to be temporary, but on the second night we were informed very late that the system problem could not be fixed, which created unnecessary stress and inconvenience. 3 nights asking 3 times pack and unpacking even thinking of it ruzname our holiday.
As compensation, we asked late check-out, but the way it was communicated felt inappropriate and unprofessional. We were repeatedly pressured to leave by 12:00 and even threatened with “legal action,” which was shocking considering the situation was caused by the hotel’s own room and system issues. Instead of making guests feel supported, the approach made us feel stressed and unwelcome.
On the positive side, the hotel location was good and the rooms themselves were clean. However, the overall experience and the way the situation was handled were disappointing.

The staff behavior was not very friendly. Our room had an noisy loud aircondition issue, and at first they offered breakfast as compensation, which made no sense since we were a group — offering breakfast for two people but not the rest was honestly ridiculous.
Then, instead of properly solving the hotel’s problem, the hotel decided to avoid losing money by giving us a temporary room for the first night and then moving us to different rooms on the following nights. During our 4-night stay, instead of simply giving us one proper replacement room, they kept offering whatever empty room they had available, while acting as if they were doing us a huge favor because the rooms were supposedly “higher category.”
We did not accept moving between different rooms every night, especially because we were already out when they informed us, our safe box was full, and constantly packing and unpacking during a vacation is very inconvenient. Instead of considering how uncomfortable and stressful this would be for guests, they kept presenting it as if they were doing us a favor.
They also kept insisting that the weather was good and questioning why we needed air conditioning, while my sister has high blood pressure and genuinely needs a cool room with proper airflow.
For two days, my vacation was spent stressed and coordinating room changes through WhatsApp. On top of that, when we asked for a late check-out because of all the inconvenience caused by the hotel itself, not only was it refused, but we were also threatened that if we did not leave by 12, they would “take legal action.”
I have never experienced this kind of treatment from any hotel before, especially when the issue was caused by the hotel itself.
Positive points:
The hotel location is very central, and the rooms are clean, although they are very small.

Location - close to metro, taxi stop, market and most sightseeing places and restaurants. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. There are lockers and a free water station in the lobby as well.

Outstanding location! 5 mins walk from train station. Very comfortable bed
