Pros:

Fabulous hotel room with amazing view of the placa. Staff was always helpful and responsive. Room was very comfortable and had nice little touches. We loved being right in the placa de adjuntamento, in the heat of old town.

Cons:

Everything was excellent!

We could not stay there as when we arrived we were told it had been cancelled by booking .com in January

Cons:

I upgraded to a better room but instead we were told I was cancelled in January so we spent several hours looking g for another hotel
We eventually found the Vinci Meecat which was about £300 more expensive

Perfect for a short stay in Valencia; stunning location, comfortable, clean and helpful staff.

Stunning location (easy to find). Staff really helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Particularly useful to have lockers for luggage before check in. Close to taxi rank, bus stops and metro. Perfect for a short stay.

Cons:

...siamo rimasti bloccati nell'ascensore che si è guastato... sono stati i 40 minuti più brutti perchè faceva davveto caldo e mancava l'aria

Tutto. Struttura meravigliosa in pieno centro. Vicino alla fermata della metro, dei bus e alla catedrale. Ottimi i servizi ( tra cui locker x valigie ). Camera spaziosa pulitissima e silenziosa. Letti comodi. Bagno ampio nuovo e dotato di bidet all'estero una vera chicca!! Super consigliato

La excelente ubicación, en pleno centro; la limpieza; estaba bien insonorizado, no se oía nada.

Cons:

El baño era pequeñito pero tenía buena luz, que es de agradecer. Faltaba un espejo de cuerpo entero.

Conforto e comodidade.
Pros:

A localização é excelente e próximo dos principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Fiz praticamente tudo caminhando. O Hotel é confortável, tive um atendimento satisfatório, o café da manhã era bom!

Cons:

Apesar do hotel ser muito bom, não li que tinha escadas. Como estava em família e os quartos maiores era no ultimo andar, tínhamos que subir três lances de escadas toda vez que saíamos. Os atendentes me ajudaram, mas fica a dica pra quem tem problema de subir escadas. O conforto do quarto no final compensava.
