Tutto,struttura bellissima,pulitissima,personale gentile , accogliente e professionale,posizione davvero strategica nella piazza principale di Valencia (ayutamiento) e vicino a tutte le migliori attrazioni da visitare (max 10 minuti a piedi ).Vie intorno piene di ristoranti ,negozi ,gelaterie e cosa.molto importante mai serva proprio sotto l hotel è presente una farmacia.Letti davvero comodissimi stanze insonorizzate benissimo...Pulizia IMPECCABILE.Dettaglio per chi viaggia nella stanze è presente la macchinetta del caffè dolce gusto...io mi sono portato le cialde e avevo il caffè italiano ogni giorno...apprezzatissimo questa cosa.

Centrico, bonito y decepcionante

La ubicación es insuperable. Justo en el corazón de la ciudad.

Cons:

La atención y el servicio. Yo hice la reserva y al momento de salir me doy con la sorpresa que le hicieron pagar a mi madre el desayuno, cuando eso yo ya lo había pagado al hacer la reserva. Es decir cobraron dos veces y cuando pedí la devolución a pesar que me dijeron que me harían la transferencia de vuelta NUNCA lo hicieron. Decepcionante.
