Très mauvaise expérience : hôtel vétuste, mal entretenu, bruyant et sans service, totalement indigne d’un 3 étoiles et b

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre « Taxi Driver », très ancienne et clairement pas entretenue : traces sur les murs et les portes, chaise en similicuir écaillé, bureau abîmé, mobilier vétuste. La poignée de la chambre était très difficile à ouvrir et la lumière de l’entrée ne fonctionnait pas durant tout le séjour, rendant le placard très sombre. La porte fermait mal et laissait passer la lumière du couloir. Aucun réseau téléphonique dans la chambre pour passer des appels. Pas de coffre-fort. Le mini-bar ne contenait qu’une carafe d’eau. Les volets étaient difficiles à fermer car la manivelle était cassée.

La salle de bain était peu pratique : aucune prise pour brancher mon propre sèche-cheveux, et celui fourni était minuscule et sans puissance. Réglage de l’eau chaude/froide difficile et toilettes très étroites. Le téléphone était placé en plein milieu du lit double.

L’isolation phonique est catastrophique : nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et le couloir. Nous avons dû dormir avec des bouchons d’oreilles pendant tout le séjour, alors que nous étions en vacances pour nous reposer. Des odeurs d’urine étaient également présentes dans le couloir. Après l’avoir signalé, on m’a répondu que cela venait de mon parfum, ce que j’ai trouvé honteux et totalement déplacé.

Enfin, l’organisation est très mauvaise : obligation de s’enregistrer dans l’hôtel Brimer voisin, sans ascenseur. Au départ, personne à l’accueil de l’Athénée. On m’avait indiqué de déposer la clé au Brimer, mais la porte était fermée, personne ne répondait à la sonnette et la réception ne répondait pas non plus au téléphone, malgré mon départ annoncé à l’avance.

Очень шумный отель, слышно соседей, пылесос с 12 дня до 16.00

1.На ресепшене в самом отеле никого нет. Ресепшен находится в другом отеле по соседству .Очень неудобно если не хочется выходить на улицу а нужна помощь. На телефон ни разу не ответили, так как девушка на ресепшен одна и бывает занята.
2. Стены очень тонкие и слышно не только соседей отеля, но и жильцов сверху. Даде просто разговоры людей.
3. Самое удачное для меня было то, что у персонала нет нормального пылесоса! Уборщица включала огромный пылесос блок которого остается в коридоре и очень сильно шумит. Настолько что мне приходилось уходить из собственного номера за который я заплатила с 12 дня и до примерно до 15.30-16.00! Так как невозможно даже поговорить по телефону из за шума. В других отелях той же категории есть нормальные пылесос который заносят в комнату и не шумит
4. Душевая кабинка очень маленькая как и туалет который отдельно.
5. Женщина на ресепшен милая, но вот проблему с шумным пылесосом никто не решил и при этом не удосужились даже как-то этот момент уладить. Менеджер
Ко или владелец просто выслушал и все.
