A localização do hotel é excepcional. Próximo à Cours Mirabeau onde há ótimos restaurantes e a uma zona comercial onde há lojas que atendem bem às necessidades dos visitantes de Aix-en-Provence.

Very clean and comfortable. Location-wise it was absolutely perfect. The staff were friendly. It has an elevator which was great and we can highly recommend this place.
The door on the bathroom was a problem because there wasn’t enough room to open the door and get past the vanity to reach the toilet which was directly behind. It would function so much better if they installed a sliding door there.

Camera confortevole e pulita, in un bellissimo edificio in posizione centrale.
La colazione era discreta, self service, in una bella sala.
Diciamo che l'unica pecca era che la nostra camera si trovava all'ultimo piano con ascensore, ma arrivati al piano si doveva salire ancora delle scale scomode per arrivare alla camera (tipo abbaino) perché non raggiungibili con ascensore.

The music played in the lobby should be in keeping with the Abbey and its classical history.

Didn’t felt clean, old, smelly
I stayed in Aix for a conference and the hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has great character and was very comfortable. A nice continental breakfast in the morning and the hotel is in a perfect Central location. I will certainly be coming back with my family.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man ist unmittelbar im Altstadtgeschehen. Das Parkhaus ist nicht weit.
Das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und zum Innenhof, in dem die Klimaanlagen liefen. Dafür fanden wir den Preis zu hoch!

Location was impeccable. Breakfast was really varied and food. Room was lovely and spacious and cool.
God location
We ad booked a deluxe double but instead we’re put in a triple for disabled guests. The bath had a seat and a handheld shower to use when you sat on the seat. If you were able bodied the shower was hard to use normally.
Breakfast was also poor. We arrived at 8.45 with no one to greet us. The fruit was sparse and even worse the milk I the carafe was ‘off’. The staff member arrived 15 mins late in a hurried stressed way and then ,more fruit was produced and the milk replaced.
