It’s a lovely old building. It’s been carefully maintained. And the location is hard to beat being so close to Mirabeau and the markets and restaurants. Reasonably priced breakfast also added to the attraction.
We had a little bit of guest traffic noise late one night from rooms above.

Beautiful lobby, great location, and large room and bathroom
Water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. The ceiling bubbled down into the bathroom, clearly a plumbing problem that needs immediate attention
Love the location, rate of room, staff are friendly and helpful. It is a boutique hotel with beautiful architecture. The view from the balcony my favourite hangout in the evening. I definitely come back again.
