Bel hôtel de caractère au coeur d'Aix en Provence. Personnel aimable et avenant.

Très bel emplacement au coeur de la ville; hôtel de caractère; personnel aimable et disponible.

Cons:

Les lits sont un peu mous. La chambre a besoin d'une petite rénovation

Pros:

Quel bel hôtel ! Quel cachet ! Magnifique emplacement. On est loin des établissements aseptisés d'aujourd'hui. Très bon accueil, locaux et chambres parfaitement propres. Il manque peu de choses pour passer 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Quelques petites finitions sont à améliorer mais vraiment rien de grave ni d'embêtant. Je suis juste un peu perfectionniste.

La ubicación es lo mejor.

Cons:

Le falta encanto. Podrían cambiar y actualizar los muebles y tapetes. Se ve viejo, mal tenido y la sensación de limpieza no era la mejor.

I would definitely come back to enjoy the city. Travel light since not very elevator friendly.

Happy we booked only the two nights.
Pros:

The room above kept us awake through the night. The staff did agree to move us to another room which was much quieter. Very grateful for this.

Cons:

Our first night the noise from the room above was dreadful. The decor is rather drab and dated. Even in the second quiet and larger room one of the two dividing curtains was missing and the shaving mirror was hanging by only one screw. Breakfast was minimal and quite expensive for what it was.

the location was great

Cons:

the odours from the drains we could smell in the foyer and our room. We had to buy an air freshners which helped a little. This problem spoilt our stay in Aix.
