It should be a 2 star hotel. There are no options in breakfast. Room was not cleaned on any day. There were no tea/coffee machine in the room.
The location was great for us as we enjoyed being in the older part of the city. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast onsite was a plus.
The room could have been a bit larger.

The rooms were comfortable and not very small, unlike many 3-star hotels. The hotel was recently refurbished and was quite clean. Overall, the hotel was much better than its simple entrance would imply.
Breakfast not included. French breakfasts are pretty basic anyway if you don't like sweet things
I refused the first room I was given as it was so small I could not lay down a suitcase and it could do with a coat of paint. Second room was fine. The cost was very high for what is an okay hotel. The roof terrace was just a patio. The hotel was full of teens we stayed running about and screaming.

Vaso sanitário joga água pra fora. Não tem ducha higiênica. Quarto pequeno, cama pequena. Café da manhã caro e fraco, poucas opções. Não tem espaço de convivência, apenas um roof top meia boca.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent.
The rooms were rather small and the towels small and not soft. Pricey for the experience.

Ci hanno chiesto 50€ di cauzione per eventuali danni all‘albergo. Mi hanno detto che è presso normale applicata in tutti gli alberghi.

Centrally located within short walking distance of the centre of Aix , the hotel is fresh and modern inside with calming Scandinavian style decor . It is nice and quiet where it is located as not on a busy road . The staff are very friendly and helpful , and nothing is too much bother . The roof terrace is a lovely place to relax outside in a chair , with a wonderful view on Mont St Victoire . Out 2nd visit there and would return again .
