Location good for bicycle & car tourers
Pros:

The Hotel was clean & the rooms all looked in to the pool & garden. There was a toilet & shower for the pool & cool water dispenser which was appreciated. The guy on reception was very helpful & nice.

Cons:

We expected the property to be in larger grounds. The shower was not comfortable to use & flow weak. The walk to Arles old town ,although short, was not pleasant.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und Balkon. Kleiner Kühlschrank war im Zimmer und ein Wasserkocher. Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal ist sehr freundlich

Cons:

Den Parkplatz am Hotel für 15€ pro Nacht finde ich etwas überzogen. Unsere E-Bikes müssten wir draußen auf der Terrasse abstellen. Das war OK da der Parkplatz durch ein Tor Abends verschlossen ist.

Renovierungsbedürftig, keine 4* wert
Pros:

- der kleine Kühlschrank im Zimmer
- gut funktionierende leise Klimaanlage
- gute Auswahl regionaler Frühstücksprodukte (siehe aber auch unter negativ)

Cons:

- Motelflair, keine Lobby, kein Aufzug
- kleiner Frühstücksraum, Tische stehen viel zu eng zusammen und in unmittelbarer Nähe der Theke der Rezeption
- die Fassade sieht nicht einladend aus, bräuchte einen Neuanstrich
- Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig
- Toilette ist vom Bad getrennt jedoch ohne Handwaschbecken
- in unserem Zimmer (105) hatte die Toilette bei geschlossener Türe im unteren Bereich einen Spalt von 1 cm
- defekte Bodenfliesen (Loch) wurden einfach mit reichlich Zement zugekleistert
zudem quietschte die Toilettentüre so laut, dass man nachts davon wach wurde. Wir haben es nicht beanstandet, da wir dachten, dass das Reinigungspersonal dies doch hören und für Beseitigung sorgen müsste, Fehlanzeige
- im Bad verschmutzte oder total abgenutzte Silikonfugen, nur Badewanne, keine Dusche, das Umstellen auf Dusche ist total veraltet und etwas umständlich, die Duschabtrennung instabil
- die Sesselchen im Zimmer erinnern an Kindermöbel
- der Fernseher ist für 4* viel zu klein, 3 deutsche Fernsehprogramme, wobei die Verbindung auch oft nicht stabil ist
- der Balkon ist nicht einladend und mit einem Teppich in Rasenoptik ausgelegt
- zum Frühstück gibt es keine warmen Speisen (Eier, Pancakes, Crêpes) alles eiskalt
lediglich lauwarme Kartoffeln waren vorhanden, die auf den Bildern zu sehenden Hinweise auf Eierspeisen sind vor Ort nicht vorhanden und es gibt auch keine

Dinge für die das Hotel nicht verantwortlich ist, aber vlt gut zu wissen sind:
- 20 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt über holprige, teils mit Schlaglöchern versehene Bürgersteige
- seeeeehr viele Mücken. Die Plagegeister stechen sobald man sich draußen aufhält, leider auch im Frühstücksraum. Tipp: ausreichend Mückenschutz mitbringen
Im Zimmer befand sich an der Eingangstür eine Mückenabwehr in der Steckdose, die ständig einen chemischen Geruch abgab. Eigentlich so garnicht unser Ding, aber ohne ging auch nicht, die Mücken verfolgen einen.

Pros:

Nice pool and garden, nice big room.
Good breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Rue Stalingrad is only way to walk to center of town, dirty road and lot of traffic.
Bed was not very comhfortable.
Bathroom should be renovated, bathtub better replaced by shower....

Joli établissement - à retenir
Pros:

Joli établissement - simple et confortable pour un petit séjour en couple ou en famille - les abords ne sont pas super - la terrasse et la salle pour le petit déjeuner sont pas très agréables mais suffisantes .
Les chambres sont propres , la literie très confortable .
