Das Team war ganz besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein sehr erfreulicher Aufenthalt.

Stadtzentrum zu Fuss erreichbar.
Hotel ist in keiner Weise 4Sterne würdig. Nasszellen haben Schimmel (Zimmer 02). Kein Duvet vorhanden. Als Alternative zur Verfügung gestellte Wolldecke war dreckig. Sitze auf Teraße sind unansehnlich.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Stadtzentrum zu Fuss erreichbar.
Nasszellen verdienen nicht annähernd 4 Sterne. Hässlicher Schimmel in Bad und WC (Zimmer 108).
Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut aber mit über 20€ viel zu teuer.

disappointment
1. There were so many mosquitoes that we couldn't even open the window, let alone sit on the balcony or by the pool. They bit us from the moment we entered the facility until we walked to our room.
2. The room's air conditioner was very old and very noisy. It was so old that it felt like my airways were blocked from the moment I entered the room. I wrote to management thinking maybe the filter was dirty. They said it was clean. So, it seems it's time to replace the air conditioners.
3. There isn't even a place to get water around the facility
4. We arrived late at the facility. There was no water in the room. They said it was an eco-friendly facility. But the same bottled water, which is provided for free at other hotels, was being sold for money at the front desk the next day. If that's the case, then don't sell bottled water for money at all.

Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände für 15€/N, dafür wird das Grundstück mit einem massiven Rolltor von der Außenwelt abgesperrt. So lassen sich auch mitgebrachte Fahrräder auf dem Gelände "parken". Für Fahrräder gibt es sogar eine kleine Werkstatt.
Anders als die Umgebung besitzt das Hotel einen schönen Garten mit Liegen und Reetdach-Sonnenschirmen, die kostenfrei genutzt werden können. Alles befindet sich um den ca. 8m*4m Pool herum, der zum Schwimmen geeignet ist und uns die 35°C bei unserem Aufenthalt hat besser aushalten lassen.
Im Zimmer gibt es zusätzlich zur frei einstellbaren Klimaanlage ein effektives Elektrogerät gegen die allgegenwärtigen Mücken, die in der Camargue in rauen Mengen leben. Draußen sollte man sich rund um die Uhr davor schützen, da sie auch tagaktiv sind.
Das Zimmer war ziemlich hellhörig, andere Gästen und auch die Reinigungskräfte sind immer sehr gut zu hören, bis teilweise spät in die Nacht.
Das Internet bricht gelegentlich zusammen bzw. man kommt nicht rein. Die Betten sind ziemlich schmal und rutschen schnell auf ihrem Rost hin und her.
