Pros:

eravamo a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale di Arles e vicino all'Arena , tutto ok, luogo silenzioso, la zona è piena di ristorantini deliziosi

Olivier hat sich darum gekümmert, dass wir in einem befreundeten Restaurant das DfB-Pokalfinale sehen konnten. Merci beaucoup Olivier, auch wenn das Ergebnis nicht passte…;-)

A charming place to stay in the heart of Arles.
Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of the old city. You can easily walk to the main tourist attractions. The staff is excellent and make themselves available for whatever you need.
The bathroom was small but beautifully remodeled in stone. At night it was quiet and we slept well.

Cons:

Our room was very small. The circular staircase was charming, but not easy for older people with big suitcases. It is difficult to drive up to the hotel. You are better off parking in the Place Lamartine and walking to the hotel.

The extra personal touch made a big difference!
Pros:

Oliver was so very helpful in guiding us to the hotel through narrow roads and imputing a code to be able to travel on a pedestrian area. He also went with us to park our car in private parking that was on a VERY narrow road - more like an alley! He was very kind and made this part of the check-in process go so much more smoothly. We really appreciated it. We loved Arles and he helped get us off to a less stressful start!

Basic property in hostoric building with great breakfast and exceptional ataff
Pros:

Excellent location. Good value for price. Stone walls throughout and a great large shower with stone walls. Great breakfast for 15 euros.

Cons:

Stairs going up to second floor a bit scary. Otherwise a great hotel.
