Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, très communicatif. L'établissement est situé dans le vieux Arles, avec son charme historique et un accès rapide à pied au centre-ville et avec pas mal de petits commerces pratiques (Pharmacie, petits magasins type Casino/Carrefour City...) et non loin des arènes. Le petit-déjeuner met l'accent sur les produits locaux et de qualité.

Cons:

Faites attention pour ceux qui rencontrent des difficultés de mobilité : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

Localização, cama confortável, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

Temperatura da ducha - fervendo ou fria. Difícil um meio termo. Banheiro alaga porque não tem box. A porta do banheiro não fechava bem.

Kleines Hotel inmitten der historischen Altstadt mit sehr nettem Personal, hübschen Zimmern und tollem Frühstück. Was will man mehr?! :-)

Cons:

Einzig die Hellhörigkeit. Mir selbst hat das nichts ausgemacht, das ist bei alten Gebäuden einfach so, sollte aber jemand hierfür empfindlich sein, sollte er auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel o.ä. mitbringen.

Salverei la posizione in quanto nel centro storico, e la gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Stato di manutenzione dello stabile, camera piccola, arredamento terribile, è un due stelle Booking lo propone per tre stelle, la stessa posizione facile da raggiungere a piedi non consente di entrare con l’auto, abbiamo selezionato questa struttura per la presenza di garage ma di fatto non si può raggiungere con l’auto, assenza di ascensore e scale scomode da salire con i bagagli, la pulizia

Great stay, great location but maybe a few more soft touches and facilities in the room.
Pros:

We thought the location was great. Right in the middle of Arles. The hotel is very charming due to it being very old. We were dictated to by the need for parking and we managed to reserve a space for the duration of our stay. The staff we very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful.

The room was a bit basic in terms of decor and facilities.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Raum war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war lecker 2 Varianten veganer Milchersatz.
Trotz der spontanen Buchung war alles bereit als wir kamen.
Eine super Wahl und ein hervorragender Aufenthalt.

I loved it there because it was beautiful and the staff was wonderful

The staff was amazing! They helped me with everything. The place was so charming and comfortable. Loved it.

eravamo a 5 minuti dalla piazza principale di Arles e vicino all'Arena , tutto ok, luogo silenzioso, la zona è piena di ristorantini deliziosi
