Pros:

Heel comfortabele, ruime kamers. Apart toilet. Een zachte airco in de kamers en onthaal, lounge en bar. Super ontbijt.

Cons:

Geen of weinig zonbescherming op het terras. De privéparking en oud centrum van de stad toch wat verder dan voorgesteld in de aanbieding

This is a really nice hotel, in a great location, with great staff
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was a good size

Cons:

Our only slight negative was the limited number of sun loungers, but the quality of every other feature of the hotel made up for this

la situation au centre de la Rochelle, le confort de la chambre

Cons:

Le personnel manque de professionnalisme. Pour un établissement quatre étoiles, le niveau de service attendu est plus élevé.
Les explications pour accéder au parking ne sont pas claires et, de manière générale, les informations fournies par l'établissement manquent de précision.
J'ai également été témoin à deux reprises de difficultés de communication entre le personnel et des clients étrangers, en raison d'un niveau d'anglais insuffisant. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, cela n'est pas acceptable.
Enfin, aux abords de la piscine, des bouches d'aération dégagent une odeur très désagréable.

Fabulous location - lovely staff.
Pros:

Excellent location. A charming warm welcome from the lovely female receptionist. Also, Marcel served us on several occasions and seemed to do the work of 5 people, always with a smile! Room compact but functional.

Cons:

Breakfast at 18 eur per person definitely on the high side, plenty of other choice available nearby. Drinks also expensive with a glass of wine at 10 eur.

Pros:

Had a brilliant time. We stayed for a few days during the heatwave so the pool was really appreciated as well as the aircon. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished the room was a good size and the bed really comfortable.

The location is perfect, you just step outside and your on the marina and few steps from restaurants and shops and only a short walk to the aquarium.

The secure parking, if you are coming by car is just a very short walk from the hotel.

We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

But what made our stay was all the staff super friendly, attentive and caring ( I witnessed one of the receptionists helping an elderly woman down the few front steps) Bravo!!

Cons:

Nothing, it was all good.

Beau séjour, hôtel parfaitement situé, chambre à moderniser-manque d’ensemble au niveau des choix de mobilier.

Son emplacement , la piscine, le parking.

Cons:

La deco des chambres mal équilibrée. Sdb moyenne au niveau du 2 eme étage donnant sur la rue arrière!

Beste plek voor een lang weekend La Rochelle
Pros:

Schitterend gelegen in de haven van La Rochelle. Twee persoonsbed was megagroot! Ruime badkamer met bad en douche en 2 wastafels. Prima ontbijt

Cons:

Weinig. Parkeren een beetje een gedoe omdat je eerst een pas moet halen om de garage in te kunnen.

Pros:

the hotel was in a wonderful location , staff great, parking nearby which is great but an add on, I loved it.

Cons:

I didnt like the fact that breakfast wasn't included and the dinning area a squeeze! not much room to move !small issue really.

Pros:

Très bel établissement ! Une chambre spacieuse et confortable, la piscine plus qu’appréciable et un très bon petit déjeuner. Quant au personnel : accueillant, polie et serviable. Tout était parfait 😊
