Die Lage

Hatte 2 Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht- wurden mir 2 Zimmer ohne Balkon gegeben.
Nachdem ich mich beschwert habe habe ich die Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen aber ohne funktionale Klimaanlagen.
Nach einem 2 Beschwerden hat man mir 1 einize Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlagen der 2 Zimmer gegeben mit dem Kommentar ‚wir sollten uns die teilen‘ weil sie haben nicht genung Fernbedieungen.
Die Zimmerbeschreibung ( Ausstattungen) von Booking stimmen gar nicht überein ( Bsp. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gibt es nicht, Bademäntel gibt es nicht, Hausschuhe gibt es nicht).
Bei unseren Zimmer fehlten die Rahmen um den Türzylinder, kein Rahmen bekm Elektroschalter.
Steckdosen im Zimmer gibt es kaum.
Frühstücksraum sehr eng und gar nicht komfortabel
Aufzug funktionierte nur mit viel Aufwand ( sehr alter Aufzug).
Checkin Personal gar nicht hilfsbereit- gar nicht auf Kunden fokussiert mit Hinweisen übdr die Stadt etw.
Check-out Personal war nett und freundlich.
Für den Preis wirklich sehr niedrige Qualität.

Le personnel es très accueillant, l’emplacement est top et la piscine était la bienvenue pendant cette période de forte chaleur. J’avais demandé un service à l’hôtel lors de ma réservation et cela a été effectué et même plus que ce que j’avais demandé

Muy buena ubicacion, personal amable. Piscina muy util, con bastante espacio para poner reposeras o toallas. Buen desayuno

El espacio donde hacen el desayuno es muy estrecho. Ademas, habia solo una maquina de cafe que tambiej daba agua caliente, seria fácilmente solucionable poniendo un dispensador de agua caliente aparte.
