Pros:

Restaurante muito bom, local da piscina bom.

Cons:

Hotel mais antigo, falta modernização nas amenidades, inclusive no ar condicionado.
Local de acessar o controle eletrônico da cancela de saída do estacionamento ruim.

Fantastic hotel but location means you are stuck there or pay extortionate taxi fares
Pros:

Rooms were lovely as was pool. Restaurant food was amazing but not a lot of choice.

Cons:

It is 3.5km from town and the taxi fare is €30/35 to get back

A huge disappointment. For a restaurant that isn’t exactly cheap, it’s very difficult to communicate in English. They don’t even have a menu in any language other than French, which is something you rarely encounter elsewhere in the world. As a result, customers may end up ordering dishes they don’t actually like because they can’t understand the menu.

Le petit déjeuner pas beaucoup de choix et l’espace pour 3 personnes dans la chambre même si c’est un enfant de 5 ans le lit était vraiment tout petit

Pros:

Le fait d'avoir 2 piscines séparées à l'extérieur. L'emplacement ainsi que la terrasse de la chambre 409 que nous avions (à l'extrême du bâtiment vers la salle de sport) ainsi que la place de parc pour notre véhicule en face de la chambre. Le souper ! Très bon et très bon rapport qualité/prix ! Très calme malgré la proximité de la route et de la zone industrielle !

Cons:

L'absence de parasol autour de la piscine du haut !!!! Intenable lors de fortes chaleurs !! Les gens réservent les 12 transats qui se trouvent sous la couverte dès le matin et l'après-midi vous n'avez plus de place à l'ombre, pas digne d'un 4* ! Les employés devraient ouvrir les 3 ou 4 parasols de la piscine du bas le matin avant l'arrive des clients car ces derniers sont extrêmement lourds lors de l'ouverture ! Le sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain est inutile car aucune puissance. L'écoulement de la douche. Le prix du petit-déjeuner. La propreté des piscines. Nous avons dû réclamer à la réception car dans la piscine du bas il y avait beaucoup de feuilles & autres et n'était pas très propre. Elle n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis notre arrive (5 jours). Il faut sans cesse se reconnecter au wifi.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, Essen und Trinken ist gut, der Service ist meistens sehr höflich

Cons:

Alle Zusatzleistungen sind total überteuert, der tägliche Zimmerservice ist ausbaubar und leider gab es täglich schlechte Gerüche aus der Dusche vom Abfluss

The design and comfort level, staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast needs more planning to stop running out of popular food choices and so guests having to wait around and ask for more of one thing or another ;and bigger plates to stop guests having to go up repeatedly.
