Pros:

Location is perfect friendly staff who gave a bag of treats to our dog on arrival. Room was large, clean and modern. The bed extremely comfortable and air-conditioning was quiet! Couldn't ask for more really.

Séjour des plus agréables dans un hôtel hyper bien placé
Pros:

Hôtel en plein centre ville, à deux pas de la place de la Libération, néanmoins dans une ruelle tranquille. Grande chambre bien équipée avec lits très confortables et salle de bain spacieuse. Petit-déjeuner copieux et excellent.

Bel hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse. L’hôtel était bien situé et le personnel très accueillant. Le service de bagagerie est fonctionnel et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages malgré notre arrivée anticipée. La réceptionniste m’a contacté avant 15h comme annoncé pour m’informer que les chambres étaient prêtes.

Cons:

L’éloignement du parking et le fait que ce soit un parking public (7 mn à pied de l’hôtel). Nous sommes restés une nuit à l’hôtel durant notre périple et nous aurions aimé pouvoir laisser quelques affaires dans la voiture mais nous n’étions pas rassuré.
De plus, l’hôtel à plusieurs bâtiments différents et nous avions failli ne pas être logé au même endroit alors que nous voyagions en famille. Toutefois, la réceptionniste a tout fait pour rectifier le tir.

Beautiful rooms, great location.
Pros:

We stayed in Residences des Ducs, a short walk from the main hotel and seconds walk from the main square. Our room was more like a suite, with an amazing shower and it even had its own fresh bean coffee machine. Beautifully presented and very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a bit of a trek to the car park with luggage, but that’s about it.

Extremely horrible experience and very rude front reception

I did not end up at the hotel and left as room was not what I booked for and I want my refund and I left this message with your customer service and on Sunday 17 May and to date I have yet to get a reply
My message to booking customer service
Hello I did not end up staying at this hotel as when I booked online it was showing as room in main hotel and when they sent confirmation it shows room in annex to hotel and the room there had very steep stairs and I had a dog with me and I told them I had injury with my right wrist so I can handle the dog up this steep and narrow stairs - they could not offer me another room so I had to leave without staying. The 3 hotel staff was also very unsupportive and unsympathetic to my condition and would not listen to me. I would like my money back for not staying there - can you help please . The time of this incident was around 3:00 pm do they could have sold the room to someone else so they can refund me my money. I had written to booking.com here after the incident on 14 May but I did not get a response so maybe my message did not get through but I have taken a photo of my message of 14 May thanks and best regards Jennifer
