Pros:

Sehr gute Lage am Rand des historischen Zentrums. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig.

Cons:

Séjour dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d’un déplacement professionnel, et malheureusement, l’expérience a été très décevante.

L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant la nuit, notamment à cause des allées et venues et du manque d’insonorisation dans les couloirs. Difficile de se reposer correctement !

Un parking se trouve à proximité, ce qui est pratique, mais son état laisse franchement à désirer. Il est vétuste et peu rassurant lorsqu’on tient à son véhicule.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il serait sérieusement à revoir. Pour un établissement affichant 3 étoiles, on s’attend tout de même à une prestation d’un autre niveau.

Mais la plus grosse déception reste la chambre, et particulièrement la salle de bain. Les photos présentées ne reflètent absolument pas la réalité : salle de bain d’un autre temps, traces d’infiltration et rideau de douche à motifs franchement affreux… On est bien loin du standing attendu pour un 3 étoiles.

Même la photo de la façade de l’hôtel ne correspond pas à la réalité !

En résumé, un établissement vieillissant, des prestations décevantes et surtout un vrai décalage entre les photos affichées et ce que l’on découvre sur place. Le classement 3 étoiles me semble difficilement justifiable au vu de mon expérience.

Pros:

Accueil excellent ! Que ce soit le proprietaire ou le Staff, ils sont toujours tres sympas.
Le confort est excellent avec des lits de grands qualité et la propreté est irréprochable.
Petit déjeuner tres correct correct.
Garage (payant) tres pratique et tres utile.

Pros:

Tt est parfait. Important de pouvoir réserver dans le garage sinon difficile de se parquer dans la rue. Dommage de gros travaux bruyants vis à vis, mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien!
