Voyage à Toulouse
Pros:

Établissement bien centré le petit déjeuner était copieux et la chambre confortable bien que petite pour un 4 étoiles !!

Cons:

Le peux d'interactions avec le personnel, à notre arrivée il nous à été annoncé que la climatisation était en panne et que nous avions de la chance car la météo pour notre séjour allait être plus clémente que les semaines précédentes !! Mais que des bouteilles d'eau étaient à notre disposition gratuitement, ce qui est une maigre consolation pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.
La chambre donnait sur une rue avec des travaux, donc pas de climatisation = fenêtres ouverte la nuit donc nuisances tôt le matin .

L'emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Un besoin réel de faire modifier/réparer la climatisation, qui ne marchait pas ou très mal. Ils m'ont assuré faire le nécessaire prochainement.... mais pas quand j'étais là...même si ce n'était qu'un weekend.

Emplacement et personnel ( surtout une réceptionniste dont je ne connais pas le prénom et un veilleur de nuit très efficace qui s'est occupé à ce qu'il n'y ait pas de bruit comme la veille). Le réceptionniste de la nuit précédente n'avait rien fait

Les portes qui grincent....
Insonorisation moyenne ..
Une nuit très bruyante à l'intérieur de l'hôtel....
Un réceptionniste inexistant pour éviter ce genre de problème

Ice hotel but with AC issues
Pros:

Great location, clean room and excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Their air conditioning was down. The room was too hot to be comfortable during the day. I had intended to use my stay there partially to rest and recuperate from a long trip and was unable to do so because of the lack of air-conditioning.
