Bonne éxpèrience ! avec quelques déception...
Pros:

Emplacement super. Chambre avec grande salle de bain, dont une baignoire. Bien climatisé et assez calme. Chambre agréable et propre! Sentiment d'un petit studio pour sois-meme. Boisson gratuite dans le minibar, très sympathique. Une ambiance décontracte.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner un peu limité + salle de petit-dej assez petite au sous sol. Pas de choix si végane ou intolérant au gluten/lait. Lobby pas très acceuillant, moquette sale hors de la chambre, donc pas très agréable en entrée. Le personel du petit dèj etait lent, un sentiment pas très proffésionelle.

Esperienza pessima e assolutamente inaccettabile

Ho prenotato questa struttura tramite Booking e, una volta arrivato, mi è stato comunicato che l’hotel era in overbooking. Invece di avvisarmi preventivamente, mi è stato detto che sarei stato trasferito in una struttura equivalente. Peccato che la presunta “struttura equivalente” si sia rivelata essere un ostello, decisamente inferiore rispetto all’hotel prenotato e totalmente diverso da quanto mi era stato garantito.
Di fronte a questa situazione sono tornato in hotel per chiedere una soluzione adeguata, ma anziché ricevere assistenza ho trovato scarsa disponibilità e hanno addirittura cercato di mandarmi via senza offrire una reale alternativa. Alla fine sono stato costretto a trascorrere la notte nella hall dell’hotel, una situazione umiliante e inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva.
Ancora più deludente è stato il supporto ricevuto da Booking: nonostante il mio status Genius Livello 3, non mi è stata trovata alcuna sistemazione alternativa adeguata.
Ritengo gravissimo accettare prenotazioni senza avere camere disponibili e scaricare poi il problema sul cliente, lasciandolo senza assistenza. Una delle peggiori esperienze di viaggio che abbia mai vissuto. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura.
Mai più. Una gestione del cliente completamente inesistente e un comportamento che considero poco professionale e irrispettoso.
