Un. Établissement parfait pour une nuit, avec un spectacle à l’aréna.
Pros:

La proximité immédiate de l’Arkéa Arena et de la voie rapide. La propreté parfaite de l’établissement. Le buffet de petit déjeuner.. la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel

Cons:

La chambre, notamment la salle de bain est un peu exiguë. Le parking ne permet pas d’accueillir une voiture pour chaque chambre et il n’y a pas de parking à proximité.

Correct dans l’ensemble mais il faut rafraîchir et réviser les équipements dans les chambres
Pros:

Facilité accès et garage sécurisé. Le personnel a été compréhensif sur le fait de me mettre une chambre côté parking. C’est très pro, merci !

Cons:

L’équipement est vieillissant : les WC et la salle de bain mériteraient une rénovation. Il y a également beaucoup d’humidité, avec des problèmes de ventilation (climatisation et VMC). La salle de bain était bouchée et la fenêtre difficile à ouvrir.

Lors de mon précédent séjour, il y a trois ans, l’établissement était beaucoup plus propre.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, il n’y avait pas d’œufs brouillés le dimanche, et il serait appréciable d’ajouter également du bacon.
