El trato, en general. El personal es muy amable. Los servicios son adecuados. Dejan que uses las instalaciones del hotel después de hacer el check-aut hasta que llegue la hora de tu transporte.
Todo me gustó. Todo perfecto. Tan solo, por poner un pero, faltaría crema del cuerpo en las habitaciones.

Elevator dimension
Ideally located around the marina in Carnon - near to all bars/shops/restaurants/cycle hire. Bed was comfortable & air con sufficient. Breakfast was good.
The hotel & staff are lovely but there arnt enough staff for really good service. Glass is allowed in the pool area which it shouldn’t be. Receptionists should not have to double up as bar tenders/waitresses but they do. Crockery/cutlery/glasses were not cleared away quickly and subsequently pigeons have a field day with left over food outside. Breakfast was not replenished quickly enough as there were not enough staff to do so. This is my only criticism of the hotel.

O Night Auditor que nos recebeu foi muito prestável e simpático.
Parque privado (apesar de pago).
A cama e as almofadas eram muito confortáveis. Os quartos foram renovados.
O pequeno almoço não era muito diversificado, para quem fica vários dias torna-se limitado e tem um problema logístico de acesso ao buffet, uma vez que fica tudo concentrado num balcãozinho - o que tornou a experiência um pouco frustrante em alguns momentos.
A simpatia dos funcionários, no geral, não é o ponto forte do hotel. Sendo um hotel de três estrelas, falta um pouco mais de atenção ao detalhe (toalhas de banho em melhores condições, mesa posta ao pequeno-almoço e não só talheres espalhados em cima das mesas, áreas comuns mais frescas).

The pool was lovely right on the marina, could get busy but essential in the heat. Lots of seats if loungers were all taken.
The bar and food during the day were lovely so you didn’t have to leave the hotel if you didn’t want to.
The room had lots of storage and was clean. Loved the window shutters to make it dark and additional internal door to stop light from the hall. The mini fridge and water jug were great, with a fountain in the hall to keep topped up. The AC worked perfectly to keep us sleeping well.
The location was perfect, walkable to loads of restaurants and the beach.
