Good location and overall good structure
Pros:

Hotel’s position is amazing! Right in the city centre, next to the train station (saint roch) and tram station. Nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, all services you might need. AC is working great, services are essential but working well. There is also an elevator that won’t take you to the very last floor, but it’s useful to reach lower floors for people with reduced mobility. Reception is available until 1am in the night, that’s a good point. If you need to enter later, you get a code.

Cons:

I thought hygienic condition were good, until the last day, when I found a cockroach in the bathroom. Might be a humidity issue, nothing terrible and might happen, but is something that cannot be ignored.

La posizione a pochi passi da Place de la comedie, più in centro quasi nn si può

Cons:

Un asciugamano per 3 (noi nn abbiamo anche chiesto in reception se chi faceva le camere si era dimenticato degli altri due), bagno poco pulito e rimedio per il piano doccia in pendenza scivolosissimo,nessuna valutazione sui servizi perché nn ne abbiamo usufruito a parte il parcheggio
