Pros:

Fab location - Avenue Janvier took us towards the main district. We found everything easily. There was a newspaper in the seating area which had a map inside so we used that to help navigate. We also took the train to Saint Malo which is a must visit too. Fab fish and chips and yummy speculoos cheesecake across the road at 'Beer and Fish' was also good.

confort de la chambre- petit déjeuner copieux et varié

Cons:

la saleté des draps et serviettes qui n'ont pas été changés. Nous sommes arrivés dans deux chambres où les draps de dessous et les serviettes n'avaient pas été changés. On nous a changé de chambre. Le lendemain nous découvrons une serviette avec de la crotte séchée dessus. Je n'ai jamais vu ça ! Les hôtesses s'excusent mais rien ne change. Pas digne d'un 3 étoiles

Perfect location in front of Rennes train station. Very supportive staff. Comfort bed with clean bathroom & enough towels. Good breakfast & good wifi.
