Man zahlt eine Kaution, die man erst zurückbekommt, wenn das Zimmermädchen bestätigt hat, dass alles i.O. ist. Prinzipiell nichts dagegen zu sagen, aber die Kaution sollte zum Check-out zurückbezahlt werden.

Perfect last minute hotel stay near train station
Pros:

Close to train station. Easy flat walk to Rennes old town. Offers breakfast. Comfy lounge areas and inner patio. Luggage storage before and after stay.

Cons:

Nothing. A/C could have been a bit cooler but we still had a comfortable sleep

Pros:

Gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück.
Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Zimmer und Bad waren gepflegt.
Das Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Auf dem Zimmer wurde kein Mineralwasser angeboten, nur schwarzer Tee und keine Teeauswahl.
Der Vorhang war auf einer Seite defekt. Im Bad wäre etwas mehr Licht schön gewesen.
Das Zimmer wirkte insgesamt leider etwas unfreundlich.

Visite de Rennes
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant ! Hôtel situé juste en face de la gare. Chambre parfaitement propre.

Cons:

Très compliqué d’accéder en voiture devant l’hôtel. Pas de place de parking n’est proposée par l’hôtel. Il n’y a que les rues situées à proximité de l’hôtel qui sont, bien entendu, toujours prises, où le parking de la gare mais payant.
