La décoration de l'hôtel est sympathique, avec le cinéma comme thématique. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié. L'air climatisé était suffisant pour supporter la canicule du moment. La situation géographique de l'établissement était parfaite.

Cons:

L'ascenseur est petit, obligeant deux voyages pour le transport des valises (4 personnes y entrent difficilement).

Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, das Frühstück bot eine große Vielfalt und die zentrale Lage war für unsere Zwecke perfekt. Dank der Klimaanlage war es auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl auf den Zimmern.

Die Doppelzimmer hätten etwas geräumiger sein können.

Super friendly staff, polite and always helpful. The room was nice, climatised, with everything needed. Breskfast was also great. Location very good to start your sightseeing and excursions.

Punktet vor allem mit der Lage direkt am Bahnhof.
Pros:

Durchaus passabel. Direkt am Bahnhofplatz, 3min zu Metro und Zug. Personal etwas unpersönlich, aber freundlich. Zimmer grosszügig, zwei kleine Balkone. Konsequente Trennung des Mülls in rezyklierbar und nicht-rezyklierbar.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war überfordert mit der Hitzewelle (bis 41°). Und bei der Dusche gab's nach einem ersten Mal duschen kein warmes Wasser mehr (was wegen der Hitze nicht so schlimm war). Die Minibar schaffte es auch nicht mehr zu kühlen (Zimmertemperatur statt Kühlschranktemperatur). Ich vermute, die Infrastruktur des Hotels kam angesichts der Hitzeperiode ins Ächzen.
