La situation optimale au centre avec le parking labyrinthe 😅
Le petit déjeuner très agréable dans une ambiance Chill 😍belle déco 🤩

Cons:

Malheureusement les saintes glaces faisait partie de mon séjour,la chambre n était pas chauffé en cette période de l année,froid dehors,froid dehors ça pique un peu 😅

proximité du centre ville et de la gare, présence de nombreux restaurants à proximité, propreté de la chambre et des sanitaires, gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Odeurs d'égout dans le couloir de l'étage, chambre donnant sur une cour intérieure pas nette; à noter que la personne logée dans la deuxième chambre retenue donnait sur la place principale et n'a pas pu dormir à cause des livraisons des camions à partir de 4-5 heures du matin, et de boîte de nuit ? à proximité jusqu'à 2 heures du matin, et a déploré que le service du réveil ne fonctionnait pas.

Rigtig god beliggenhed

Cons:

Værelset vi fik var ganske forfærdeligt.
Der car et vindue som vendte ud til en betonmur, men det værste var stanken fra udsugning, så hvis vinduet stod åben stank der af friture.
Efter vi klagede fik vi et noget bedre værelse, tak gor det.
Tænker bare... hvis der havde været fuld booket

Good hotel which was a perfect base for a few days in Reims
Pros:

Good location amongst the many restaurants around plus very close to train station which made travel very easy. Good value for money, rated as three star which it was so was fine for a base to work from for visiting around. Staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times.

Cons:

Old building with only the one stairwell so possibly a query on fire safety but was all good.

Baño buen tamaño pero muy viejito. Ducha mala, no habia donde colgar la alcachofa y poca presión y regulacion del agua caliente.
Desperfectos en puertas y moqueta vieja y aspecto de sucia. Sin armarios comodos ni perchas. Muy deficiente. Sin decoracion alguna, materiales lamparas feas y baratas
Lo único correcto las camas.

Pros:

Absolutely filthy room!! There were flies in the room when I arrived, the towels were a beige and stained. There was only a hole in the floor where the shower head was, right next to the toilet, which is not what was shown in the booking photos.

I asked for another room but they didn’t have one available with a full bed. The noise level from the bars outside was incredible and goes on late into the night. I searched for another hotel available last minute on a Friday night and went there instead. The hotel refused to provide me with a refund, the telephone number or email address for the manager.

I am now in touch with Booking.com to facilitate a refund. Quite honestly, the reviews of this hotel on booking seem waters down and do not reflect the state of this hotel. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel!!
